I was hooked from the first page. Chloe is unreal,I adore her spirt, how she always stands her ground and finds her way.She is has her- flaws but i liked how her weaknesses became her strengths. When she reaches womanhood, her Chloe is a necromancer which is a person who can resurrect dead people. Basically she is...This:
Im Team Derek. He is not perfect, he isn't the goodlooking golden boy, he has pimples, he isn't the most cleanest of guys but its obvious that Chloe has a little something for him because she stutters everytime she talks to him. Black haired, muscley but still the typical moody 16 year old teenaged boy. I'd still go out with him though... Another important fact is:Derek is tempermental and anti-social Lycan. The complete opposite to his brother, Simon. Simon is gregarious and has a positive outlook on life and he appers to me a normal person-So why is he in the Lyle House? He IS the golden boy. He is kind and open-minded, Loyal like Derek. I must admit, I did get a fright every now and then cause there is a few scary and ominous moments. The story begins to unfold and you begin to find out what is going on at Lyle House...It ends with a fantastic cliff-hanger. I Have Got to get the next book... A great start to and intrigueing series.
EDIT: 19/02/2015, I finally found my Lachlain. After years of searching...after hiking in treacherous mountains, through blizzards in far off places,EDIT: 19/02/2015, I finally found my Lachlain. After years of searching...after hiking in treacherous mountains, through blizzards in far off places, I, Erin, Have found my dream casting for Lachlain MacRieve...
My Casting choice for Emma.
Emmmaline Troy~Emilie De Ravin
“When he watched her sleeping, he often thought, My heart lies vulnerable outside my chest.”
A HUNGER LIKE NO OTHER was my first Kresley Cole book and since reading it I have devoured most of her other books. Seriously, I can't get enough and honestly I hope the IAD series never ends. On my first sitting I, more or less, read A Hunger Like No Other straight through. I simply couldn't put it down and I am always captured and recaptured by the love story of Lachlain and Emmaline every time I sit down to read it. Since finishing it in 2011 I have re-read A Hunger Like no other countless times.
Lachlain is probably my all time favorite paranormal hero. No other paranormal hero has come close to Lachlain-Where can I purchase a Lachlain? I'd pay big bucks to have one. If I was asked who was my favorite IAD hero,I'd have to say Laclain. Lothaire is a close second, of course.
When Lachlain MacRieve,King of The Lykae scents his destined mate, he does everything in his power to be freed from his imprisonment-He does the impossible and breaks the chains that have kept him imprisoned for 150 years and goes after her. However, He does not get away unscathed. He escapes with 150 years of mental anguish and loses a limb-which with time, will be regenerated.
I have to say that Emmaline Troy(Yes, THAT Troy) is my favorite paranormal heroine. She isn't the feisty, savvy and worldly Vampire one would expect in a paranormal romance. Having been sheltered by her Valkyrie aunts all of her 72 years of life, Emmmaline is rather meek and quite afraid of everything and often criticizes her self for that. She yearns for a place to belong. After not feeding for days, Emma is lethargic and absolutely terrifed by the overbearing werewolf were who's hijacked her and coerced her into traveling with him to his home in Scotland.
Storming into her life like a hurricane, Lachlain is furious to discover that the woman he has searched for her for years, decades and centuries is a vampire. What could be worse? Finally finding his destined mate only to find she is a vampire? The very species that had imprisoned and repeatedly tortured him for 150 years.
I loved the development of the characters. Emmaline was a timid and shy lass, known as Emma the timid finds that she is more than that. She is Emma the King Killer. She becomes more than anyone (except Nix) believed she could be. She becomes self confident, grows stronger and more resilient and more accepting to her vampire-side. There is something beautiful in Emmaline's character development and I couldn't help but admire how Kresley Cole managed to change Emma so drastically yet keep her in the same spirit. By the End of the book, Emmaline is more than an even match for her Lykae mate.
As time passes and Lachlain realizes who really Emma is and how much she means to him, above and beyond being his fated mate, he shows just how adoring and capable of caring for his mate he can be. Lachlain develops from being a overbearing bully/batcase into a truly amazing guy. Charismatic, loving, protective, possessive(I couldn't help but love it 'cause what did you expect, he is a werewolf afterall)and accepting . Kresley Cole is a fantastic writer. I was drawn into the story from the first sentence, and could barely put it down-reluctant to even eat my food, because I was so immersed in the world of Lachlain and Emmaline.
“He stalked up behind her to clench her hips, and she stilled. In a breathy voice, she asked, "You're going to make love to me again, aren't you?" In answer,he lifted her onto the counter, tore off her shift, then pressed her naked body back into the blooms.”
Lachlain and Emmaline's relationship begins off rocky, yet it becomes such a strongly bound and loving relationship. I loved the steamy and intense chemistry between Lachlain and Emma. Kresley Cole can't go wrong with a sexy, highlander Lykae. I adored how WILD Lachlain is. He begins off as a feral beast but gradually-thanks to Emmaline-changes into puppy willing to protect Emma at all costs.
They only made it to an empty hall before he pressed her against the wall, cupped her neck, and demanded once again, “You’ll stay with me?” “Always.”

What with the 'Twilight'ish cover, I thought it would be one of those sterotypical new adult books, but I finished reading DARKSIDE SUN pretty frecking happy that I had. I actually don't read alot of new adult books, I'm more of a historical romance kinda gal but I'm glad I had the opportunity to read this. Darkside Sun deal with alot of really complex but awesome elements: the undead, ancient civilizations, parallel worlds and secret societies. It has a unique and interesting premise where wraiths come from parallel universes into our world, taking over human bodies and recking havoc. A secret scoiety is tasked with stopping them. Our Heroine,Addison is thrown right into the middle of the chaos, having to train to stop the wraiths with a group of very dysfunctional people. Addison has being seeing paranormal events since she was a little girl and when one of her episodes leads to her being late to Professor Asher Green's class, things take a turn. Asher turns out being part of the Mortal Machine--a group of immortals that protect the world from wraiths that want to take over. Soon, Addison is sucked into Asher's world, whether she wants to become part of it or not. But these wraiths want Addison and are willing to do what ever it takes to have her. At first, Addison first comes off as a bit dorky, shy and unconfident. I really enjoyed watching her grow as a character. She has always had to deal with messed up events like random dark holes that materialize out of nowhere that bring about a biting cold and scary creatures. Her life has never been normal and she always thought she wasn’t the most stable person. Which I could relate to....Not the random monsters clawing their way into our world but feeling unstable and trying to make myself as unnoticeable as possible. So, I really felt for her and bonded with her over that. When she gets thrown into this new world she acts like how a normal person would act. She ultimately accepts everything easily because she’s been dealing with the paranormal since she was a little girl. She definitely developed so much throughout the book. By the end, she wasn’t that unconfined girl anymore; she was a strong, confident woman, who was prepared to fight, despite her misgivings about the devastatingly handsome Asher and the Mortal Machine, she gives up everything to protect her father...and the world. Now, Our Hero: Asher Green; All I can say is...What a complete and utter ass (BUT SUPER SEXY). I wanted to hit him....like alot. Throughout most of the book, He acts like a jerk and Reasonably, Addison's feelings are conflicted because of this. He is cocky, arrogant and sometimes, down right mean but Asher brings tortured and brooding to a whole new level, which can never(at least for me) be a bad thing. However, Asher has demons of his own to fight, which we find out when we learn about his past. His past made me realize he wasn’t a bad guy, he just has some issues. And like Addison he did develop a bit in the story, though not as much as her. And what he did at the end...Oh, My, God....MY BABY!!! I can not wait to see where his character goes and how he develops through out the series. The romance in this novel was subdued, but you could always feel the tension. Asher was, well, Asher, and there were some rules that prohibited things like, well, touching. And those made things difficult. Romance wasn't exactly a main driver in this novel but I still loved every moment of Darkside Sun. There was never a dull moment and I look forward to reading the upcoming sequals. Adams crafted an intricate sequence of events that started on the first page of the novel and keeps hold of you until the last page. Darkside Sun was a refreshing paranormal novel -as paranormal romances can become repetitive but fortunately this was not-Complete with a whole new type of paranormal society, a budding romance, and a plot to-die-for, it's definitely a must read for Paranormal/New adult lovers. ...more
In my opinion, 'It Happened One Autumn' was far better then the first book in the Wallflower series 'Secrets of a Summer night'. To be honest,5 STARS!!
In my opinion, 'It Happened One Autumn' was far better then the first book in the Wallflower series 'Secrets of a Summer night'. To be honest, Lillian didn't appeal to me in the first novel. But by god, she was amazing in this one. She made me laugh and I respected her. She wasn't afraid to go out and do what she wanted-even if it wasn't what 'the ton' would approve of. By the way, Lillian drunk is just awesome! Example of drunkness:
“He slitted his eyes open and squeezed them shut again as he saw her finger intruding deeper into the bottle. "Grows..."he forced himself to continue, "until the fruit is ripe."
"They do? That is the cleverest...a pear in its own little...oh no."
"What?" Marcus asked through clenched teeth.
"My finger's stuck."
Dumbfounded, he looked down at the sight of Lillian tugging on her imprisoned finger.
"I can't get it out," she said.
"Just pull at it."
"It hurts. It's throbbing."
"I can't! It's truly stuck. I need something to make it slippery. Do you have some sort of lubricant nearby?"
"Much as it may surprise you, we've never needed lubricant in the library before now.”
Marcus...Marcus...Marcus...In my bed NOW! He came off as stiff and proper. Disapproving of The wallflowers...Mainly Lillian, to be honest. He reveals to the readers that he had always been attracted to Lillian, but felt that nothing would have come of it...LITTLE DID HE KNOW!! Marcus aka Lord Westcliff proved himself to me in this novel. Let's just say, I'd do him. Yes, Erin, Nice a classy as usual... ANYWAY, This book made me Laugh so many times...I kinda skipped art class to read it... WEll, I WAS in Art class just not doing any work, and recieving death glares from the teacher. (ahhh, good times) Lisa Kleypas keeps making me like her even more, and making me want to rush to a shop and buy her books. It's not fair I tell you!!
The Romance was the aces! Lillian and Marcus try so hard not to be together, but at the same time all they want to do is be together. Their romance and chemistry is a sucker punch. They had no clue what was up ahead.
Okay! Main things for you to take away from this review. 1) Lillian is the bees knees! 2) Marcus is the sex... 3) The sex outta marriage thing is seriously hot in historicals :P 4) Romance= Epic... Basically they belong together! 5)Humor= It has been graced with being put into my 'Shits n' giggles' Shelf...consider it funny.
Love, love, love the wallflowers and am super excited to read Evie's book!!["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>...more

My first Lorraine Heath book and most diffinitely not my last. This is a brilliant and hearwrenching novel, that made me wish i was then heroine, Lauren Fairfield ...boy, did she get lucky! Find me a man like Tom and I'm sorted for life. I think what really got to me was the the ending bit. Oh...My...God...I WEPT LIKE A BABY!! I was like ''ITS SO BEAUTIFUL!!'' My behaviour was sad really:)and I honestly don't think any of you need to see that...
Lorraine Heath, I Love you and will be reading more of your books. My Libary best have them or there will be hell...XD
The Romance is just...AH! I can't think of the word...Beautiful, explosive, Sweet, gentle, passionate,...Okay, lets just say pure love! Playlist: Hinder-better than me
It reminded me of By Nicolous Sparks, in some aspects. Like the falling in love at a young age in a small town in a southern county in America E.G: Texas. Also the sending of the letters yet never recieving them because of Mother who thinks she knows best and the Passionate getting together again! But to be honest...this was better. ...more
Oh-my-fucking-god! I love this book! I love this book! and in case you didn't get it the first two times: I LOVE THIS BOOK!
'Transcendence' by ShaOh-my-fucking-god! I love this book! I love this book! and in case you didn't get it the first two times: I LOVE THIS BOOK!
'Transcendence' by Shay Savage is a poignant, unique, heartwarming romance of enduring love. The book is told from the hero's prov-a first for me. I can't properly define how I feel about this book besides from I FUCKING LOVE IT. This book broke my heart-but in a good way(I didn't think it was possible but Shay Savage proved me wrong). I'm seriously pissed I didn't read this book sooner. WHY DID NO ONE RECOMMEND THIS TO ME?! I had to find it all by myself!(cough*jerks*cough). I've read a lot of really good books this year but 'Transcendence' tops them all and has made it's way on to my favorites shelve no questions asked. To say I couldn't put this book down is an understatement.
“I will provide for her. I will protect her. I will give her anything she wants.”
Ehd,the caveman, our hero, is the epitome of 'Alpha'. He is strong, clever, resourceful, gentle, sometimes forceful and all around amazing. He can be clueless at times, but can you blame him? His innocence makes me love him more. He reminds me a lot of Tarzan (and if that doesn't appeal to you, GTFO and leave my baby Ehd alone). When the book starts Ehd is all alone having lost his tribe and is barely surviving-is, in fact, on the brink of not wanting to live any more but that all changes the moment he finds Beh.
“She’s my mate, she’s unusual, and she is mine.”
Startled and confused by his beautiful mate, he doesn't understand the 'loud noises' she makes that often give him a headache. Regardless of barely understanding her and often thinking she is unusual, He swears to protect her, feed her and put a baby inside of her. It soon becomes apparent to Ehd that he couldn't doesn't want to live without her.
Shay Savage has done the unthinkable and made me want a caveman of my own. Thanks, Shay Savage, you have given me even more reason to be disappointed with the men around me.
Beh-Elizabeth has somehow been brought back in time to a prehistorical age and is terrified when she finds her self in a pit when a caveman with 'the most beautiful, bright green eyes' leans over the top and peers down at her. Gradually she begins to fall in love with Ehd. Ehd notices her strangeness-her clothes, hair, and make up are out of place to him but he doesn't care. Upon seeing her he decides she is his mate. For Ehd, Beh is a godsend.
“Beh-bet.” “Beth,” she repeats. I’ve had enough. I reach out and touch her shoulder. “Beh.” “Beth.” I tap her a little harder and growl. “Beh,” I repeat. I tap her again. “BEH!” Her eyes widen a bit, and she inhales sharply. A moment later, her shoulders drop and she sighs. “Beh,” she says quietly. I smile as I watch her hand reach out, and a single finger touches the center of my chest. More sounds from her mouth, but I know what she wants. She wants to know if I have a name-sound too. “Ehd!” I say proudly. After so much time on my own, I am lucky I even remember my name-sound. “Ehd?” “Ehd!” “Ehd,” she says as a small smile finally comes over her face. It is a beautiful sight, and my body almost tingles with excitement."
As the story progresses, they came to understand each other even without language(a couple of words here and there) by each others facial expressions and body language. How Shay Savage does this is beautiful. As time goes on Ehd and Beh fall in love and through the trials of life their love grows stronger.(view spoiler)[They even die together in their old age. I DIED, OKAY? I DIED. (hide spoiler)] The love scenes are pretty steamy and re-read worthy-the whole damn book is re-read worthy for fucks sake. “I wonder what I will do if she doesn't wake up, and I don't have an answer. As I lie back down next to her and pull her into my arms, my stomach growls, and suddenly I know exactly what I will do. If she doesn't wake up, then I will just lie with her until I don't wake up either.” A scene that almost killed me was when (view spoiler)[Beh get's hurt and Ehd doesn't know what to do and cries and UGH!!! Another scene that DID kill me was Ehd's final chapter (hide spoiler)]
Beh loves Ehd. Ehd Luffs Beh.
“I lean forward slowly and run the tip of my nose over hers again, starting at the tip and moving all the way up to the place between her eyes. I look at her again, and though I can still see her wariness in her eyes, she does not pull away from me.”
'Trancendence' is so fucking beautiful. I laughed, I cried and I want a sequel. Which is weird for me because I actually hate series and prefer stand alones but Shay Savage, I want more. The ending is just icing on the cake <3
“My life with Beh was beautiful, transcending everything that set us apart from each other.” ["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>...more

What a fantastic way to finish off tI-AM-IN--LOVE....i just finished this book and I'm breathless...I Loved this book so damn much its un believable! What a fantastic way to finish off the series. In my opinion, Its Better then the first and second in this series.
The Heroine Madeleine van Rowen is simply badass! Being throw into destitution, with her god-awful and simply conniving Mother, Sylive. At a young age, Maddy was alone and hungry, had no one to to take care of her until, Corrine, took her and cared for her once her mother died of cholera which took France by storm- and luckily didn't kill Maddy. I think out of all the MacCarrick 'Women', Maddy is the most realistic, she dosent take any shit(pardon the french :P), She is small yet brave and intelligent. I Loved her no nonsense attitude and how she looks past Ethan's Scared face. She has seen so much at the age of twenty one, Ethan's even shocked by it. There is actually so much to say about the character of Maddy that it would probably take up the entire review. Simply Put, she is tough for such a small girl. Her story is heartbreaking-at least for me.
The Hero Ethan MacCarrick...DAMN! This boy learns sooooo much! After Being Tortured and permanently scarred (aka that shits not even gonna fade a little bit) by none other then MADDY@S PARENTS! We finally learn how Ethan had gotten his scar.(view spoiler)[ When Ethan was a was twenty two, after a night of drinking, was invited to a Woman named Sylive house, to have sex. Ethan has a bad feeling about her and decides to leave- Sylive begins crying and saying she'll kill him for this. With all her screaming and yelling,HER HUSBAND, Van Rowen(Maddys Father) barges in. Sylive, to save her own ass, says he tried to rape her, So, Ethan is brought out to the stable after being beaten by Sylives husband and his henchmen, and further tortured by his Henchmen-this brings on the Scar. Von Rowen finds the note that had slipped from Ethans pocket which gave him directions to The Van Rowen residents, and the cut him lose. Ethan vows revenge, which he does therefore,(Unintentionally) ruining young maddys life. (hide spoiler)] Ethan is even colder, then he was before he received the scar and has become celibate after getting sick of paying for sex, and womans disgusted looks. When he sees Maddy, its obvious to the reader He is already in love with her at first glance. Lots of reviewers have said they didnt like him in the previous books or in the beginning of this one, and i Have to agree. He is course , rude and Harsh- BUT by the end of the book he has seen the error of his ways and has realized his love for Maddy. Yet problems still arise, when he refrains from telling Maddy how her ruined her life, forcing her into poverty, with her Evil Bitch of a Mother. He learns, and i love that he can change so much just for Maddy. It's seriously sweet.
The Romance In One word: Beautiful In More: Sweet, delicate, heartwarming, sexy, smart, witty. 'Tis just awesome. Ethan needs her-that is it- without her, he is nothing. Maddy, I dont think she psychically needs him, but i don't think she could really be happy without him. If Maddy Had lefted Ethan, i don't think he would have recovered, I can actually see him, wasting away , drinking his life away(not that his brothers would let him). Maddy would have been Miserable and alone again and i dont think she would be to keen on that either. Basically, They belong together and like Ethan thought- They are alike. I wouldn't have believed if Ethan had gotten with anyone else but Maddy. They just fit, and stick like glue.
The Ending (view spoiler)[Adorable! We see how the MacCarrick Clan are 9 years later. We Join the Family for Maddy's and Ethan's son Neill's christening . They have had three children since last. Their First son, Leith(after Ethans father.)Age Seven. A daughter, Catriona, Age Three. And The Newly born Little boy, Neill. Ethan can't believe his luck and couldn't be happier, And is proud of his children. Maddy is the same, and they are both still deeply in love. Maddy says she can forgive her mother for all the wrong she did to her but not what she did to Ethan. Courtland and Annalía, are still very much and love and obviously can't get enough of one and other because they have three children, their first born a son,Aleix, their daughters Fiona and toddler Elisabet, and another one on the way. Courtland swears that each time after they have a child, that it will be the last(after all the fright it gave him the first time) but Annalía knows better and starts kniting baby clothes. Jane And Hugh have kept child bareing to a Minimum , having only One child, A four year old son, surprisingly named Ethan after his uncle. The proud parents insist they are 'waiting' for another while to have another. All in all- The MacCarrick Clan are all happy- and are living the life. Ethan says, If i could give you anything you wanted what would it be. And she says 'thats easy, a lifetime of this'. He vows it. and Ethan does. (hide spoiler)]
My Favourite Books in the series besides from 'If You Dare'. I didnt enjoy 'If you desire' as much as these to but i prefured its cover. Loved this Series and can not wait for more from the Fantastic, Kresley Cole.
QUESTION: Who would you cast as Maddy? I would Cast Carole Lombard as Maddy

So Far, Im seriously enjoying it and am already TEAM PEETA!!! Josh Hutcherson(plays Peeta in movie), Here I come!
WELCOME TO THE HUNGER GAMES, MAY THE ODDS BE IN YOUR FAVOUR! Oh My God...Where do I begin? I was blown away...I can not believe how good this book is. I basically bought this book because I heard a movie was coming out-I wanted to read the book before i watched the movie so i could compare. But--Im So flustered--it really brings you on a journey.
KATNISS IS BADASS- She is one of the strongest heroines I have ever read-You feel a connection with her from the start-I began to think in her mindset-how she saw things. But with her being so strong-she just dosen't understand her own feelings. Romance is a aspect of the book, Of course. There is Gale. Katniss' best friend. He has been around since she first started hunting by herself, and they became friends and rely on one another. Then there is Peeta, Who has loved Katniss ever since he was 5 years old. He is dedicated and loyal, He is Hopelessly sweet and I wish there was more boys like him. For Me, Peeta is My man. I Never felt a connection with Gale, Well, nothing beyond friendship. Due to Gale being featured very little in this book, I didn't like him and didn't get an understading for his character. Its obviously though that, Katniss has feelings for both of them. No matter how much she dosen't understand or notice her feelings for either of them. I Loved the part where it is shown that Katniss has kept tabs on Peeta through out the years, even though she has never realised it. Peeta has watched Katniss through out the years, always keeping his crush at bay, always watching from a distance. I understand how Fans of the book would favour Gale-especially if they like the whole friends to lovers thing. Gale is strong and a leader, but I didnt get to know him well enough so I have to read 'Catching Fire' and see if I like him-But as of now Im Totally Team Peeta!
This is a book filled with action and you can't help but love all the characters, good or bad.

Probably one of the first romance novels I have read-and obvously enjoyed.
I have read this book more than once...More than twice--this could go on forProbably one of the first romance novels I have read-and obvously enjoyed.
I have read this book more than once...More than twice--this could go on forever, How bout I just say i've read this book a lot and lot of times.
Johanna Lindsey, as per usual, is awesome. She has a way of makeing the reader feel apart of the story, which just makes it an even better. The characters are real and relateable-the book is character driven and always focused on the romance and never starying to far from the main point of the novel--and the cover? I adored it--I mean Jessie, in an almost see through chemise and Chase(who is NUDE, by the way) making out on the beach, What more could i ask for??
The Heroine At the beginning of the book, Jessie Blair's Father is givng a brutal beating his wife for cheating on him, something she didnt do, but manages to survive-with the baby she is carrying still alive.(this event leaves everyone with scars-and not visable ones.)
Jessie, whom is already alive and well, is lefted with her father-who denys her of her femininity-thus giving her boy clothes and teaching her to hate her mother-- so she is quite peeved when her mother comes home to be her gurdian since her father passed.Jessie in many cases is quite imature and has a real agusty teenager feel.
In Jessie's Mind she is a man-and resents that in fact she isnt-she dosent see why she can't have lovers like men do(view spoiler)[she says this to Chase after making love, losing her virtue. Chase denys that saying there is a difference--Jessie is also determind-in the love scene, He trys to stop when he reaches her maidenhead, apologising and trying to pull away-when Jessie, not even listening, thrusts up there for losing her virginity. I hate how no one even took the time to tell her that the first time would hurt and she when it does she is shocked--just another scar on not having a mother and having a father who denys your sex. (hide spoiler)] She grows up alittle bit- learning how to be the woman she always secretly wanted to be, and learning to love.
The Hero Chase Summers...Chase chase chase chase chase....I love you... Chase is just hot, okay? He is strong and honerable-he really trys to resist Jessie- but fails to(obviously). Chase, is looking for his father, who he has never met, but takes time off when Rachael, Jessies Mother, an old time friend asks for help at her Ex husbands ranch. Tall dark and handsome-Chase is all these things and more--and if he was real world have me drooling after him :P
Romance The Love scenes were steamy, and incredably romantic-Like i said Johanna Lindsey never strays from the romance and that is why she is one of my favourite authors. The force is strong with this one :P The sexual tension is electric-- I Love Jessie and Chases arguements and how they seem so perfect for one another. Im not gonna spill any more about the romance cause thats what the books main point is--Just go buy and read this book NOW!
Johanna--You are a godess!! 5 STARS!! Forever and always, One of my favourite books.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>...more

We also see letters, notes, thoughts, drawings, the letters he never sent, notes fot him to go shopping or cords on the guitar. Thoughts on little things, religon, womans rights, his dislike for the separation of his family. Drawings of comic strips, which some might call twisted humor.
I still felt a lot was lefted out-foolishly i assumed i would be handed all of kurts diary entires but sadly was handed bits and pieces. Otherwise very intreasting look at kurt in his own words....more

Georgina is the bomb, One of my favourite Heroines of all time. For me she had no weaknesses in character and she knew who she was-which i think is important in a character. I seriously wished this book was much longer and had its own series- where we could see their daily lives together- I think others would find that boring but i would love it! Beautiful story full of Romance, Action And Of course, comady. This Was the first Malory Novel i ever read- in fact-i think it was the first Johanna Lindsey book i had ever read. James made my day with his quirky comments and scarcastic humour. George's innocence and humor--Johanna Lindsey out did herself....more
