Simply amazing.Miss Me Not is a heart wrenching, gut ripping read-It had my heart in tatters then had me begging for more. I was crying by the end-literally sobbing, snot running from my nose kinda sobbing-not a pretty sight but what can you do-and this gut wrenching sobbing BARELY happens to me when reading-the only time I remember crying this hard was when reading The Fault in Our Stars by John Green.
Suicide/wanting to die will, not matter what, be a hard subject to write about-aswell as touching. this book is just, amazing. There is no other word for it.
Madison is a shadow-or that's what she considers herself to be. Madison and james, her best friends made a well thought out suicide pact-which is shot to hell when another student, Mitch takes his own life. Beating them to it. This leads Madison-who believes its her fault for her horrid past and her parents not loving her-to reconsider taking her own life. Madison's teacher WhoreCat(Mrs.Jones)makes her go to tutoring-Enter Dean, Sweet, loving and JUST PLAIN PERFECT! This is all I can say about Dean:
He is just perfect and funny and kbfhufbashjgbjashbshbs-Just....Marry me please.
I loved how Madison learned to open up after being shut down for years, her character development is amazing-She is a completely different person by the end. The only thing about Madison that I didn't like is how when she started hanging out with Dean, she forgot all about her 'Suicide Buddy' James. It didn't seem like her to just forget him like that-But in away-if you think about it, she was trying to avoid the person she used to be-and I think that is totally understandable. From The start I kind had the feeling of what was going to happen to James by the end of the book-and I wasn't to surprised though I was really upset.
Madison's mother is an EVIL Pyscho B I T C H- I WANT HER DRAGGED THROUGH THE STREETS, ROCKS THROWN AT HER AND SPAT ON--Or better yet-just hit her with a Bus. She was a mother who should NEVER have been a mother-HOW DEAR SHE? My God-I wanted(and still do) Kill her. Just NO maternal instinct in the least. She did the WORST possible thing to do in the situation Madison when she was 13.
Miss me Not is a book that should not be missed-I bought it on Kindle but now I'm gonna get it in paperback. I will force my friends to read this AMAZING book. Realistic, emotionally gripping and hits home every time.

The story is a mixture of romance aka SEX, humor and sadness. The emotions are real as you follow the story and see the extent of how these people live and how Evie, The heroine, is just living day by day 'sheltered' and always expecing the worst. The Hero, Taylor (Van), changes that, brings chinese food into her like for the first time, most of all sex. He brings laughter-something she really didn't have before. But she gives him stuff too. Van is a really 'keep it to your self' type of guy-I guess you could say he was the strong silent type. But he has his own back story. His apperence as a 'Punk' is armour so people don't really see the real him. But Evie does. He is endlessly sweet, perhaps too sweet at some parts when he resiests having sex with her, which has me and Evie groaning in anguish.
A story about, what i'd say are, Soulmates. WHo find each other in a messed up away. A story of a girl breaking free from her abusive father and learning to love for the first time.(less)

I have got to say...I Loved it! I literally couldn't get this book outta my head! I mean, during a study class, I sat there thinking about this book and how many hours were left in school until I could go home and read it on my laptop(ebook). I adored the heroine and her vivacious way of life! It surprised me to see myself as the character of Lexi. Her teenage self-as she describes- was reclusive and read all the time, trying to keep away from the spot life her sisters so craved. Then she moves in with Cole and Dima(who gets his own story as well in this book)-who make her confront all that she is afraid of and scared to do. ''Lexi, darling-Lets go to a nude beach!''
The Characters are genuinely heartwarming and you could imagine them as your own friends. Which I find always endears characters to me. The hero, Duncan was.....AHHHHHH! Welp, pretty sure one would need a cold shower after reading anything he does that is even SLIGHTLY romantic or sexy.
The attraction between the hero and heroine is instant and their first meeting is HOT! Its obvious they are in love from the get go, no matter how much either of them denies it.
Looking forward to more by the Lovely,A.C. Warneke.

It was just UHHHHHH! So good! Its meant to be a kiss and forget but Im not forgetting! The Characters are so wonderful that the reader can't help but love em' all! This is my first Merline Lovelace novel, and i adored the whole thing--The Plot, Characters, Situations, Dialogue -was just perfect. My only problem with this book is that I really wished it was longer! The hero, Simon is beyond perfect, his love is so pure and when he quotes a song back to the heroine,Jocelyn, I just was dieing of sweetness. This book is ADORABLE WITH A GOD-DAMNED CHERRY ON FREAKING TOP!. TOO CUTE! Merline Lovelace got a few tears outta me to :) Merline wrote the novel in such away that the Characters are relatable and have depths of real life to them. She puts the characters into situations that you,the reader, can imagine yourself in. A quick, sweet read.

'Hot Boss, boardroom mistress' was a great read, fun and quick. I Wish the title was something else because I don't think it fits with the Novel. Amanda, the heroine, has had a crush on Jared since she was 14 years old. But after her humiliating sixteenth brithday he disappered from town(im not going to spoil this because i feel it makes the book better). The story takes off Nine Years and 7 months later, yes they have both kept track of the years since seeing one another. Amanda is horrifed to find herself sitting next to Jared on a 1 hour flight, and trys to take a polite and icy manner with him, but her breaks through her barriers tempting her to want him all over again-As if she has ever stopped! The Next day, when she goes to work to pitch a new brand, Jared walks through the door-He is the CEO of the company, and he plans to reck hell. They are undenibley attracted to one another and soon are going through a full blown affair. Jared is shock to find Amanda is still a virgin after all these years--Her reasons for this is that no one could make her feel like his kisses did. A sweet and quick read, I really enjoyed it. Nataile Aunderson really put a emotional element into the novel and it makes the reader really relate. Would i read it again? mhmmmm, Maybe.

I loved the characters and how much depth there was to them. Emma,The Heroine, in particular I really liked and felt as if she was someone I knew--she handled situations like i would have. I personally think she picked the right desions most of the time, but I don't think I would have forgiven Luca that easily. No matter how hot he is. But knowing the extent of what he had to go through as a child-watching his mother be beaten by his father, again and again, I think the reader is more understanding because you see why he is so afraid to love and enter into a long term relationship, since he fears being like his Father. Near the end of the book we find something out which makes it all better-well, not really but you see why they can be happy. Good Book. 4 Stars!(less)

Kresley Cole, as always, out does her self with 'If You Desire'. She got the emotions of a undeniable yearning and love across brilliantly. From The first day Jane Weyland say Hugh MacCarrick she believed she would marry him. Hugh the middle child of the MacCarrick brothers, and the most reasonable, foolishly falls in love with Jane and wanton and flirtatious ways. Desperate to be with her yet unable because of a family curse- he leaves, leaving Jane heartbroken and for the next 10 years she compaired every man she met to him. None Ever messured up to her highlander. Hugh is summoned by Edward Weyland, Jane's father, to protected her from an vengeful employee, who is known well to Hugh. Hugh agrees, wanting to protect the woman he loves, planing to take her away from the dangourous location of London. Edward agrees, but under a condition- Hugh must marry Jane to prevent any scandal- Hugh relatantly agrees-in fear of the curse bring any harm to Jane- from there on out the story follows the witty and flirtatious Jane's desperate struggle to make the man she has loved for nearly over a decade to keep her as a wife. I really loved the way Jane tired to be a wife to Hugh, trying to clean when she didn't have a clue how to. Hugh is honorable and loves Jane beyond all else- pineing for her aswell and it comes as a shock to him to find the Jane returns those feelings.
This is so different to the First MacCarrick Novel, in the first book, it was the beginning of a relationship and in this one it was the continuance of to heart broken people. Yet, Jane isn't some broken down car crash- no, she has tried to get on with her life- but finds it hard, ten years on, to get over her first and only love. Hugh is the same- unable to think of anything but her for the past ten years, has been hard on him, and he isnt the same as he used to be when he was a 22 year old lad, newly in love with Jane.
This Story is of an equal calibre to 'If You Dare' just the heroine, Jane, had more punch in this one then Anna had in If you dare- both are beautifully written.
I also Love How Hugh basicly gets his ass handed to him a couple of times by Jane- and i loved seeing that. Also, i have no idea how she could so calmly forgive him for leaving her the second time around, i would have been tying him to a chair so he could never ever leave again :P

What a fantastic way to finish off the series. In my opinion, Its Better then the first and second in this series.
The Heroine Madeleine van Rowen is simply badass! Being throw into destitution, with her god-awful and simply conniving Mother, Sylive. At a young age, Maddy was alone and hungry, had no one to to take care of her until, Corrine, took her and cared for her once her mother died of cholera which took France by storm- and luckily didn't kill Maddy. I think out of all the MacCarrick 'Women', Maddy is the most realistic, she dosent take any shit(pardon the french :P), She is small yet brave and intelligent. I Loved her no nonsense attitude and how she looks past Ethan's Scared face. She has seen so much at the age of twenty one, Ethan's even shocked by it. There is actually so much to say about the character of Maddy that it would probably take up the entire review. Simply Put, she is tough for such a small girl. Her story is heartbreaking-at least for me.
The Hero Ethan MacCarrick...DAMN! This boy learns sooooo much! After Being Tortured and permanently scarred (aka that shits not even gonna fade a little bit) by none other then MADDY@S PARENTS! We finally learn how Ethan had gotten his scar.(view spoiler)[ When Ethan was a was twenty two, after a night of drinking, was invited to a Woman named Sylive house, to have sex. Ethan has a bad feeling about her and decides to leave- Sylive begins crying and saying she'll kill him for this. With all her screaming and yelling,HER HUSBAND, Van Rowen(Maddys Father) barges in. Sylive, to save her own ass, says he tried to rape her, So, Ethan is brought out to the stable after being beaten by Sylives husband and his henchmen, and further tortured by his Henchmen-this brings on the Scar. Von Rowen finds the note that had slipped from Ethans pocket which gave him directions to The Van Rowen residents, and the cut him lose. Ethan vows revenge, which he does therefore,(Unintentionally) ruining young maddys life. (hide spoiler)] Ethan is even colder, then he was before he received the scar and has become celibate after getting sick of paying for sex, and womans disgusted looks. When he sees Maddy, its obvious to the reader He is already in love with her at first glance. Lots of reviewers have said they didnt like him in the previous books or in the beginning of this one, and i Have to agree. He is course , rude and Harsh- BUT by the end of the book he has seen the error of his ways and has realized his love for Maddy. Yet problems still arise, when he refrains from telling Maddy how her ruined her life, forcing her into poverty, with her Evil Bitch of a Mother. He learns, and i love that he can change so much just for Maddy. It's seriously sweet.
The Romance In One word: Beautiful In More: Sweet, delicate, heartwarming, sexy, smart, witty. 'Tis just awesome. Ethan needs her-that is it- without her, he is nothing. Maddy, I dont think she psychically needs him, but i don't think she could really be happy without him. If Maddy Had lefted Ethan, i don't think he would have recovered, I can actually see him, wasting away , drinking his life away(not that his brothers would let him). Maddy would have been Miserable and alone again and i dont think she would be to keen on that either. Basically, They belong together and like Ethan thought- They are alike. I wouldn't have believed if Ethan had gotten with anyone else but Maddy. They just fit, and stick like glue.
The Ending (view spoiler)[Adorable! We see how the MacCarrick Clan are 9 years later. We Join the Family for Maddy's and Ethan's son Neill's christening . They have had three children since last. Their First son, Leith(after Ethans father.)Age Seven. A daughter, Catriona, Age Three. And The Newly born Little boy, Neill. Ethan can't believe his luck and couldn't be happier, And is proud of his children. Maddy is the same, and they are both still deeply in love. Maddy says she can forgive her mother for all the wrong she did to her but not what she did to Ethan. Courtland and Annalía, are still very much and love and obviously can't get enough of one and other because they have three children, their first born a son,Aleix, their daughters Fiona and toddler Elisabet, and another one on the way. Courtland swears that each time after they have a child, that it will be the last(after all the fright it gave him the first time) but Annalía knows better and starts kniting baby clothes. Jane And Hugh have kept child bareing to a Minimum , having only One child, A four year old son, surprisingly named Ethan after his uncle. The proud parents insist they are 'waiting' for another while to have another. All in all- The MacCarrick Clan are all happy- and are living the life. Ethan says, If i could give you anything you wanted what would it be. And she says 'thats easy, a lifetime of this'. He vows it. and Ethan does. (hide spoiler)]
My Favourite Books in the series besides from 'If You Dare'. I didnt enjoy 'If you desire' as much as these to but i prefured its cover. Loved this Series and can not wait for more from the Fantastic, Kresley Cole.
