I dont think it matters though... The funny thing is i am enjoying the stories but I cant take them one after the other. i like a bit of humour and a little bit of action in my PNRs and CF seems really serieous sometimes with her monologes that go on forever.

After coming off a couple of books with intense story lines it was good to delve into a book with romance being at the forefront of the novel rather than intense mind blowing plots. I don't know if that is complimentary or not, but it works for me. I am finding with this series that the men are just a little bit over-possessive. I mean I like the strong alpha male characters i read about, but the level of dominance in these books often leaves me thinking that these guys really have not respect or trust for the women they supposably love for just 'being who they are'. A few times I find myself wishing that Tempest would just up and leave for real, because Darius was being such an arrogant arse. I am going to continue reading this series slowly, they are good for a break in a reading cycle but thats about it. ...more
