How do I see the Book; It’s a great and terrible, it’s the magic that is forbidden to be used but not for the 16 years old Gamma Doyle; that her mum dies after a vision of Gamma’s. now mysteries and every thing does not as it seams, the order is bad by the hands of Gamma; even if the Rakashan do not approve the magic of the realm to be used again. Gamma is going to change her world and our world by her amazing adventure of breaking away from rules and let the magic enter our world. Every thing have consciousnesses even the magic of the runs. A Great and Terrible Beauty is not a fantasy Victorian novel it is the guide to show us that you can break away from your life and what all pull us away from achieving our dreams. We are no longer going with the flow; we are going to find our own destiny, find it but not like Pipa did. My review; I loved this series since I have seen the book covers on Amazon; I said “one day I will read them” sure I said that and the next day I found my lovely father taking me to the book store and buying them. I swear that he do not know that I wanted them until now. When I held the books they took my breath; I knew that my magic had began. Libba Bray created amazing characters that have been touched my heart and I admit that I love Kritek.
I love this book. I can not believe that every word, scene and chapter have been written for a reason. The story flow so smoothes, not so fast or slow but with the perfect emotion.
Because it’s a novel by Libba Bray… The book is more than perfect and I can write pages on why you should read it. (less)

I'm deeply in love with The Vampire Dairies books even if they are totally different from the TV series but still amazing in their very own way; as for a beginning Elena after her parents death is keeping herself together, we may see she is still the same cheer leader who has it all but deep inside she is in deep grief over her terrible lost. She is the person who is showing her "I'm alright face" just to make the world keeps on moving.
Stefan is a mystery on his own the guy who has been alone until her found a reason to have a different look towards the world. While is brother is back for revenge and stealing Stefan's love until now only hate is driving Damon to live, hate is his higher reason.
The Plot is so believe and the story is smooth and breath taker raveling mystery one step at the time; Elena's love for Stefan came so softy but yet so strong. we have not seen a lot of Damon's character except that he balms Stefan for the death of Katharine and he will have Elena with no questions.
I'm in love with the dialog and with every "0h!" that L. J. Smith added. Stefan seamed so realistic guy from the 15th. century; that's how they talked with a poetic Shakespearean way. so hail to L. J. SMITH the mistress of words.
My Favorite Quote;
"I felt the pain of the steel, I felt it stab through me, deep deep inside. All way through, a hard thrust. And then the strength poured out of me and I fell. I lay there on the ground." Stefan Salvatore -The Vampire Diaries; The Awakening-...(less)

Simon survived years and years for his revenge; but when he appeared in Zoë’s life he felt changes. now he care for someone’s safety and now he fear for someone. Zoë.
On the other hand Zoë was a normal teenager until her mother’s sickness. Zoë fall for the boy with the silver hair and help him to reach his revenge at the very same time he help her to go through the idea of death. In the end Zoë helps Simon for his soul salvation and I know she will never forget his last words “I love you, Zoë. “
The characters are amazing and full of life comparing to the fact of death that taking over the story. Yes, from the moment you start reading you will believe that they do exist.
The story has a well written a dramatic weaving, specially from Simon’s flash back story. What I am so sad about is that the story is so short. I wanted more events. Over all the author is so smart and wrote a perfect plot that will never gets you bored.
I recommend this book for Young Adults +14: because some of the language and the scenes can never suite the minds of younger teens.(less)
