Tally's life is so complicated. I love the sci-fi in the book. Westerfield doesn't go too far. He gets straight to the point. This is by the far the best he has ever written.
Tally and Shay's relationship is very complicated. Both of the characters betray each other. They are left to decide difficult choices. What they choose just may become their destiny. Some things however never change. Tally is still staying into trouble, In fact her and her boyfriend find a cure for the lesions.
The story is somewhat logical. The author does a great job describing things. I love the hoover boards. It makes me consider going out and buying one. This is one of those series I recommend buying, because it is just that good....more

Chloe is a fifteen year old girl that sees ghosts. She is sent to Lyle House, and discovers some darkening Lyle house secrets. This book tells of a supernatural world where supernaturals live with the humans. Chloe escapes Lyle House with her friends, and is betrayed by her Aunt Lauren. Chloe was my favorite character in the book because she sees dead people and tries to discover things about Lyle house and her ability. All her friends sit back and relax pretty much. None of the adults can be trusted in this book, because most of them betray the teenagers at Lyle House. Aunt Lauren is my least favorite character because she betrays Chloe. Family shouldn't betray family. Her Aunt never tells her about what is really wrong with Chloe. Her aunt wants Derek dead. In fact I think everybody at Lyle House want the supernaturals to disappear. The author wrote this book for entertainment. If you like supernaturals, I would read this book. The part that captivated my attention in the book is the fact Lyle House is not what it is suppose to be. The thrill and mystery keeps me reading the book. I'm going to read the rest of the books in the series. I want to know what happens.I was able to predict the ending of the book, but not the part where Aunt Lauren betrays her. I really like this book to be made into a movie. It would make a good series of movies. I would really like to see it. They will most likely come out with movies based on these series. This book keeps you on suspense. I really like how in the end Chloe is finding her own way out of the hospital her Aunt Lauren puts her in. I think the people at Lyle House are not who they seem to be....more

Kelley Armstrong gives you a nice background of vampires. I found it interesting that Elena would walk the streets of Toronto.
I don't like Elena's boyfriend that she's living with. I think he is too old for her. I like Clay a lot better. Elena belongs with Clay. Elena is forced to choose which one she wants.I would love to see this made into a movie. I am glad that she decides to come back to Stonehaven. Her whole world changes once she returns home. She starts having feelings for Clay even though he made her into a werewolf.I think how she met Clay and became a werewolf would be an interesting story within itself.
I like the werewolf pack. I don't like the Mutts. They are greedy and self-centered. The pack kills those who plan to expose werewolves. The pack doesn't protect humans just werewolf existence. The Mutts in this book are very disturbing. ...more

I feel very sorry for the supernaturals. Elena is really stuck. Elena is very determined and strong willed. Through her strength like always she defeats her enemy, otherwise their wouldn't be anymore books about her.
I like the books with Elena in them better than Robin and Hope. I prefer werewolves to half-demons. I never seen the author put so many different supernaturals in a book. It's very entertaining. You don't really get the hear about the pack in this one. They are missing from this one. ...more

Not quite as good as the books that have Elena as the main character. I really enjoyed Hope in this one. By reading this book, I found Hope more exciting.
Hope goes undercover for the Cortez Cabal. You learn a lot about cabal politics. The cabal politics I don't really care for. I do like however that Armstrong doesn't just ramble on and on about the cabal. She gives it to you in bits and pieces.
You learn a lot about Hope. Hope develops as a character in this one. I really got confused when the author switched from Hope's point of view to Lucas' point of view. It all happens really fast. The points of view drive me crazy. I wish Armstrong stayed with one character for the entire book and not switch off. However, towards the end of the book it's important to know about Lucas....more

Chloe Sanders apparently in this book can raise the dead while she is sleeping. She takes a lot of heat from these ghosts. The ghosts are usually disrespectful to her. A lot of the times the ghost are annoying and they don't help her much. The ghosts just would like to rest in peace.
Chloe and her friends run into the Eddison Group a lot. They are at every turn. Each time Chloe and her friends defeat them. Every time they get away they hardly manage to. It's a surprise they aren't back to where they started.
I'm starting to like Tori. She's not as shallow as she seems. When you first meet her you absolutely hate her. It takes time to warm up to her. She can manipulative. All that changes when her mother wants to use her.
Rae is the one to look out for. She was the one who betrayed them to Eddison Group. Rae acted like their friend and then left them. However, Rae is just being used like the rest of them. She should have ran away and kept her mouth shut....more

She's basing these books of the pantheons which I think is amazing. It's great to have stories about good. It is modernized greek myths. I love it how she based her stories on those. Some of the characters are in more than one book.
Tabitha is real cool. I think it's funny the kind of business she operates. I didn't really expect that. Tabitha is tough and calculating. Her strength pulls her family together.
Tabitha really hates the Roman guy, but hey she makes it all kind of work out in the end. She doesn't lose her sister or the Roman guy.We all saw that one coming. The Roman guy is tough guy who has this kind of bad attitude mostly because he lost things dear to him....more

Katla is a goddess born to Artemis and Acheron. Her father Acheron doesn't even know she exists. Artemis and Acheron have problems with each other. Acheron really slams Artemis with the name calling. He keeps wanting to kill her. It seems as if everyone wants to kill Artemis except Katla. Katla's boyfriend hates her. The ending pretty great. I wasn't really expecting it.
Later in the book you find out what really happened to Sin. In the middle of the book the truth really starts to change. I was kind of stuck choosing if I liked Katla or not. By the end of the book I liked Katla and Sin. For the whole book I was routing for the two....more

I started reading this book. It was so good I never wanted to put it down, and continue it later. The author created many characters. A lot of these characters you don't hear about in other series. This series has it's own spice to it. Kahlan and sworn to protect the life of Richard Cypher the seeker. He may be more than seeker when Zedd thinks Richard might possibly be a wizard of the first order. I found this book to be very intriguing. Cypher is an interesting character. He wants nothing to do with magic, but it is a strong possibility he is a wizard. Darken Rahl is crazy man. He is just pure evil. People believe he is there to bring peace but that is law. It is selfish and cruel when he attacks to allies to make them stay with them. This book is very strange. It is one of the best epics I have ever read. The author is very creative with his characters. This author puts the darkest things out there in this book. Some parts of the book make you afraid. Denna seems all bad at the beginning. She falls in love with Richard. I admire Denna in a way. She won't let him die. She protects him the worst pain he can possibly experience. But she in return hurts him too. She seems cruel at the beginning, but once you know her history you begin to sympathize with her. I keep thinking while Richard is with Denna she will become to not want to hurt him anymore. The wizard Zedd only believes using his powers for good. Zedd is smart and wise. When Darken Rahl tries to trap him he can't, because Kahlan touches Zedd. Her powers don't work on wizards. I like how Richard uses the first rule against Darken Rahl when he tries to gain all the powers from the boxes of Orden. One part is unclear. I don;t understand how Darken Rahl got the box Rachel had. The only way I could think of is she gave to Chase, and then Chase gave it to Micheal, who then passes it to Darken Rahl....more
