But I really wish Horowitz had ended it 2 or 3 installments ago. The last 2 books have been especially disappointing--overwritten, sloppily edited, long on unnecessary technical details about weapons, aircraft, poisonous/dangerous animals, etc., and short on character development. And the plots have crossed the line from fantastical and fun to just plain tortured and ridiculous.
