The tension has finally built up and leaving readers holding their breath as they finally find out the make it or break it moment that they have been waiting for. Characters are strong and so life like that readers will have difficulty telling fiction from nonfiction. A great masterpiece for the ending of a new brilliant series that crosses so many social ladders and barriers. A gripping suspenseful romance unlike nay other that will leave readers gripping their seats wondering what happens next. "She’s not dead.” This thought has haunted her for years about her identical twin sister who was abducted during a carjacking when they were three years old never to be seen again and seemingly lost without a trace. Madeline is now a young woman who has recently graduated from college and is about to start a job in her chosen field of journalism. She just cannot shake the feeling that her twin is alive and needs her to help her come home. Her parents want her to stop tormenting herself with the belief that Melissa may be alive. Even her best friend Ruby wants her to give up and just let things stay the way they are. Madeline doesn’t let go of her feelings and eventually finds her way to a sympathetic detective who is willing to look into newer information. Madeline is determined to find out any and all information that may lead her to her sister. What she uncovers is a tale of all things not being what they seem. Who can she trust even when her own family members try to stop her from reopening the case? Why are people acting like she should just forget about her sister, especially her mother? The more layers that Madeline peels back, the more she realizes that she doesn’t really know her family. The reader will be intrigued by the story line which flows smoothly from beginning to end. I was also impressed how real life missing persons were mentioned to bring awareness to this as well. There will be no disappointments with this book.

I enjoyed reading it from beginning to end. If I could change one thing about this book it would be the title. I felt it didn’t give the book any justice. When they say don’t judge a book by its cover this would be the example. If I was looking in the store for this book I would have pasted it by unless I picked it up and read the back cover. Please don’t sleep on this one it was really good. I love the way she portrayed women sticking together. How they accomplished so much together. The ending did surprise me. I didn’t think she would turn them at the end.

Readers will find out many new things in book two such as the secret that Matthew is hiding from Kendra. Kendra Cole was a waitress who worked on completing her Master's degree in Business and one day having met a rich, hot, and white billionaire. She has Matthew hooked just as she has him lured in but in this second part, Kendra digs for the truth only to find out more hidden secrets. The big question comes in the form of Kendra being able to let go of the past and embrace the future. As readers we can easily slip into Kendra's shoes and understand what she's going through emotionally and we also can see the different side of things as they happen. Can Kendra and Matthew make it through everything or will their connection completely crumble apart.
Sadie Black has masterfully woven together an interracial story that explores all of a woman's fears as she struggle to find out what's real and what's not. As well as finding where she wants to be in life. Finding yourself is a huge theme in this series. A successful black woman making her way through life only to be thrown curveballs from a sexy as hell white man who's richer than most. Where and how this relationship will work is for readers to find out by reading the next incredible part 3 of Indebted. Kendra isn't the only character needing to learn things about herself. Matthew has a lot to go through as well. Overall, I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading part 3! I rate Indebted Part 2 a five out of five stars.

This book was a page turner that you just don’t want to put it down. I enjoyed being in the world of Annette and Timothy temporally. Ms. Anderson have done a very good job of pulling us into their world. Annette’s character of a strong black women was something that every women who thinks that her situation is one of a kind. It was her sassiness and determination that kept me turning the pages. I love Timothy, with his determination to get his girl and he never gave up. With all the racial tension that is going on in the world right now, it is nice for me to read something that gives us the other side. This book was funny and sometimes had me jumping up saying yes!!!. I recommend this book as one of your summer read. Ms. Anderson I will be reading your other books.

I couldn’t put this book down and if his other books are as riveting and phenomenal as this one, he has a follower for life. I love the story of Dr Daniel and Ayana. Although they came from different paths, life always has a way of bringing you full circle. Mr. Robin showed us that whatever life throws at you, we always have to beat the odds.
Mr. Robins keeps you so intertwined with his writing; it just keeps you coming back for more. I became very emotional as I read some parts of this book; but I had to find out the outcome. Love this book!!! I highly recommend this book as a must read novel.

This was the experience that Nikki had every day, whether she was in school or the crowded house she shared with her cousin , grandparents, her crackhead uncle and aunt who made rare appearances and her mother who showed up periodically to remind her how much she hated her own daughter. Nikki was starved for love which would lead her in the wrong places to find it. She is a beautiful girl but because of her mother’s neglect, she often appears unkempt and dirty. Her cousin Meechie did lookout for her when she could but barely had enough for herself. Nikki’s journey to find not only love but her father as well leads her down a path that no child should have to face. She is constantly left to fear for her safety and wonder does the love she’s looking for even exist. At an age when most teens (14) are deciding what to wear to school, Nikki has to constantly be aware of her surroundings and scuffle to survive. Will she ever find what she’s looking for or will she succumb to the mean streets she desperately wants to escape? The author has put this story together perfectly. The story line flows smoothly. The way Nikki’s day to day experiences were happening had me on edge at times and anticipating what would happen next. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for an interesting read. The Author tells the story about Tracy Mitchell who was following her dreams as a Journalist in the Hip-Hop world and wrote for the publication called the Real. Miss Mitchell’s world came crashing down and was banished from the hip-hop world. But Tracy went from one extreme to the next. The Author pulled you into the character’s as you read the story. For a moment I felt like I was living in Tracey’s world. I liked how the book had you wondering what it going to happen next.

Willis McDaniel is the top man when it comes to the drug game in detroit, Michigan. He is well respected and also very feared by those that run in the circles of the drug game, whether they are addicts or hustlers. Then there are the haters. New comer Lennie Jack thinks he can take Willis McDaniels and replace him as the drug kingpin in town when the opportunity presents itself. funny how things go as a junkie provides Lennie with some information on a shipment Willis has coming in, Jack steps in and makes off with the dope which sends Willis into a rage. this type of nonsense will not be tolerated no matter how many heads have to roll. the police and the citizens of Detroit have their hands full as Willis will stop at nothing to find out who started a war with him. this book is action packed from beginning to end. the reader will enjoy the side stories that are intertwined with the main one. i didn't find any typo's in this book nor were there any words used out of context. the author has written this so that the reader will find themselves anticipating what happens next.I definitely recommend this book.

I must admit, I didn't know what to expect when I began reading this book. I never imagined the emotional rollercoaster I'd go on as I read about this woman's pain, embarrassment, and most importantly faith. I ended up not wanting to put this book down because I wanted to know what happened next. My suggestion for other readers is to have a pen and pad ready. There will be things in this book that will encourage you. Acacia takes us into not only her pain but that of her two daughters. Her unfaithful husband decides one day he doesn't want to be married anymore, he wants to try something else. Naturally this causes turmoil in everyone's lives but somehow she uses her faith to remain strong and get herself and her daughters through. Mrs. Slaton, thank you for sharing your story. You and truly an encouragement to others. Best wishes.

All she didThis book starts exactly where the first one left off. Jeffrey is missing and Raevyn is suspect #1. The problem is that she's being framed. All she did was fall asleep next to him. How did he disappear while she slept? That doesn't make sense. Where did he go? Who's doing this? Who would want to set her up and why? This book is fast paced. Raevyn must mourn while still keeping her grades up. She must deal with the house games but watch her back at the same time. There are new love interests but she wants to stay true to Jeffrey. A picture of her father and another woman bring on an entirely new situation and set of questions. We FINALLY find out who B is and what his or her problem is with Raevyn. We learned in The Legacy that Necole Ryse definitely knows how to end her book with a cliffhanger and she goes to a new level with this one. I have no choice but to give this book 5 stars. It was a nail biting page turner to the very end. I can't wait for the final book!

In part 2 I WA reunited with Tina and Darren at a more mature part of their lives and relationship. There was something sexy and powerful about the female being the most sexual in the relationship. I loved how driven Darren was however he shocked me with his decisions! Jeanty certainly has a active imagination and superb writing skills. I took to Tina's family, their bond and love is completely to die for. From the acknowledgments to the snippets I was not disappointed!

The title made me think that the man was a cheater. But he was a man of many beautiful women. A man who didn’t want to marry and yet. One woman who caught his heart and can deal with his crap made him settle down. His new woman has to deal with her husband’s other women. A challenge that most women wouldn’t be able to or wouldn’t want to deal with and yet, Rayvon Laws has found a tough women who proved to be everything he wanted with a few surprises of her own. Will his wife Stacy try to be what her husbands wanted in all his other women or will she find out new things about herself that even she didn’t know? I was highly surprised in Regina Swanson’s novel. I read the title thinking I knew exactly what this book was about and then I found out that I was completely wrong. I was intrigued by the story’s plot and the well written characters as well. This book was a completely new perspective in the romance genre than I am use to, but overall the book proved to be well worth reading. I would recommend other readers to read this book by Regina Swanson. You will be surprised just like I was and hooked. I rate My Husband’s Other Women a 5 out of 5 stars.
