I'd love to see more from this town, and these characters. This whole series has been wonderfully written and very engaging. I love the setting, I would love to visit a small town like that. This is Regan and Sawyer's story. This is truly a second chance at love story. Sawyer and Regan were high school sweethearts who had their love destroyed and now they each are leaders in Cottonbloom. Sawyer on the Louisiana side and Regan on the Mississippi side. I loved "watching" these two find their way, not just how to act around each other but how to deal with their past, and to find a future. Fans of small town second chance romances will adore TIL I KISSED YOU. I have to admit I'm sad to think this is might be the last book for Cottonbloom..........it just makes such a great setting. I think I love the setting almost as much as the characters. All of these stories, KISS ME THAT WAY, THEN HE KISSED ME, and TIL I KISSED YOU are well written engaging stories that leave you eager for more. The characters are well defined, realistic and fun. This is one of those stories that leaves you smiling and wondering if maybe you could talk the author into at least ONE more story. I want to see how it all turns out a few years down the road.......I highly recommend this series and especially this story to fans of Susan Mallery. I've found a new must read author and so will you once you read this story. I will add that while each story could be read as a stand alone, there is a small plot-line that flows through each story and I feel that reading them in order will work better and will allow readers to connect to the characters and story a little more easily. A keeper book, and Keeper series!...more
This is book two in the Cottonbloom series from author Laura Trentham and I say I'm just as wowed by this one as I was by book 1, Kiss Me That Way. THThis is book two in the Cottonbloom series from author Laura Trentham and I say I'm just as wowed by this one as I was by book 1, Kiss Me That Way. THEN HE KISSED ME is Nash and Tally's story, this is another second chance romance but again it's not a true second chance as they were way too young to truly be in love the first time. So I'd more likely classify it as a friends to lovers story. Nash and Tally knew each other as kids, they were best friends, they lost each other as kids at the same time as their lives forever changed. Now they are grown up and possibly ready to be more than they ever were before. I found the story to be fast-paced, engaging and realistic. The characters draw you into their lives and make you want to be part of everything. I loved the setting, Cottonbloom regardless of which side you like better its a great setting. I loved seeing Cade and Monroe again and learning a bit more about the town and it's "characters". This is a series that quickly pulls you in and you just don't want to leave! Fans of small town romances will adore this series and this book. I loved that Nash and Tally seem like opposites but really aren't as different as you might at first think. A great read! Highly Recommended!!...more

This is one of those reads that leaves you eager for more. I am sooo happy that I was able to complete the series, but at the same time I'm sad to say I've read the 3 books. I want more! KISS ME THAT WAY is a wonderful beginning. The storyline is engaging and fast-paced, the characters are realistic and pull you into their lives. The setting is one I'd love to visit! It may be fictional but it doesn't feel that way. KISS ME THAT WAY is a second chance at love kinda story, I say kinda because they really weren't "in love" the first time around but it still fits that type of story. Cade and Monroe were part of each other's lives but too young to be "in love" or at least Cade thought Monroe was too young. I loved watching these two reconnect, watching Cade come to terms with his past and recapture the family he had. I also really liked how the author give Monroe a chance to face her demons and to overcome them. Overall this was one of those stories that you really hate to leave. I wanted to visit with Cade and Monroe and the rest of CottonBloom some more. I loved the town. I want to see a map! I want to visit! Fans of small town contemporary romances will find this one to be perfect. I highly recommend KISS ME THAT WAY to all! You'll be so glad you read this one. Be warned once you find your way to Cottonbloom you aren't going to want to leave! So glad these books are being released so close together. So don't worry once you read KISS ME THAT WAY you won't have to wait long for the next two stories.

My children are teens and they thought the cover was fun. The Bible suggests ages up to 10 however I feel this bible is better suited to the older ages. It's more of a "take with me to Church" bible vs a study bible or a read at bed time Bible. My teens thought it was cute and said they'd take it with them just because it "isn't the same old cover". Inside the bible is not written with smaller children in mind, at least not small children. This is a New International Readers Version Bible, therefore it is easier for some to read, however it is still a little advanced, IMHO, for the younger children. There are several pages with fish on them and highlights from the Bible such as the 10 Commandments, I found these were great for any age. I do recommend this Bible to anyone looking a new way to interest your kids in reading their Bible and learning more from it and about it. It would make a wonderful gift. ...more

My first thoughts after finishing this great book were WOW! Then, now what do I do. This is one of those reads that leaves you wishing for more. I wanted to keep reading, I wanted to keep being part of the lives of the characters. This is a perfect read for fans of Navy SEALs, but also for those who just enjoy great characters. The setting is fun, the story-line is engaging and fast paced. The characters are realistic and keep you not only entertained but eager to find out more about them and what's happening next. I love this whole series and fans of that Harlequin will want to add this one to their collection, but also those who are new to the line or the series. It's part of the "Uniformly Hot" series, but can be read as a stand alone title. Those who are new to Tawny Weber's writing are in for a treat and will be eager to read more of her work. Those who are familiar with her writing will devour this one and be thrilled to add it to your bookshelf. This is a keeper shelf read! I highly recommend it to any and all who enjoy quick, fast paced stories that leave you both thrilled to have read it and a little sad to know you finished it.
WOW! I have to say I love the idea of "brother's best friend and little sister" stories. They are awesome when written well. This one is awesome. TheWOW! I have to say I love the idea of "brother's best friend and little sister" stories. They are awesome when written well. This one is awesome. The writing is excellent. The plot is engaging. I will say that I read this in the 3 parts, and then again as a whole book. I loved both, but will admit it flowed so well as a whole book. Fans of Jennifer Bernard and Erin Nicholas are going to love this one. It's such a great crossover novel. And those who haven't read Erin Nicholas Sapphire Falls won't be lost, but will be eager to read more of that series. The same with those who haven't read Jennifer Bernard's Love Between the Bases. You'll be eager to learn more about Caleb Hart and Mike Solo and OMG Trevor Stark........(okay so I have a minor crush on Trevor at this time.....his book will arrive soon, Drive You Wild).....Either way you will adore both the characters and the feelings this story evokes. If you are new to both Erin Nicholas and Jennifer Bernard I feel GETTING WOUND UP, is a great place to start. You to see a bit of both authors. I highly recommend this one! Be warned once you start you'll be eager to get the other books from both authors, so be sure you have time to read! A wonderful addition to anyone's library!!!...more

Yes I'm grown but I still love these bears. My kids are teens now and they still love to read these books. We read MOTHER'S DAY BLESSINGS together. Yes I read to my teen kids a children's book and they smiled from ear to ear. It's a great short read that will make you smile. It's perfect for younger kids as well and shows that you don't have to "buy" a gift to show your mother you love her. This story reminds all of us that all mothers are special and important. It also very easily reminds us that what is most important is not the most expensive gift but the love and respect of our families. Mothers come in all shapes and forms and work all kinds of jobs. This wonderful book helps us to express this to our kids and to show how special each mother is. I loved this edition to the Berenstain Bears books. Yes it's geared/targeted for younger kids but I feel everyone will enjoy this one. Well worth adding to your bookshelf!...more
