Tricia McCallum Best of luck to both poets. It takes courage to send our deepest selves out into the wild.

Angela Brooks Well done to all.

Jimmy A reminder of the infinite variety of good and moving poetry.

I.m.dennis Didn't open email yesterday, making me the proverbial day late - always a dollar short. i'd have voted for estermann meyer's 'letter'. it spoke more volumes to me than 'dictionary illustrations' did. wanted the poet to know. meanings, ultimately, are in people. 'letter' meant more.

Estermann Meyer Congratulations to the winner...Great poem, my kindest regards!!!

Christina Congratulations to you both on this, I believe, historic achievement: the first-ever Goodreads tie? Well-done! Kudos to the final winner. What a beautifully crafted poem!

sanjay adhikari both of them were beautiful poems....i am sure it will be even better the next time.....

Jack Bowman dang too late to vote,

Patricia If it's not too late to vote, I vote for "letter."

Jack Bowman I vote for the Dictionary
