Karina I mostly order online, so that's the choice I selected. It's usually cheaper than in a bookshop, and I like to support my bookclub (SFBC). I sometimes tell people what to get me as gifts. I read free stuff on the internet, and use my phone to read, but I still prefer actual books in my hands. I also sometimes buy used books from library or yard sales.

Oh, the university library here has had book sales a few times, but I've never made it. I really should, though; I love university libraries and they often have some really excellent hard-to-find books.

rebecca thrift shop or library for my books.

Carina I get almost everything on my Kindle

Renee Since you didnt give an option for "all of the above" I had to go with "buy them the old fashioned way...". :)

But to be honest, I buy do get my books from pretty much everywhere. Bookstores, libraries, online. And I just got a Nook, and I have been loving the options of free classics from Project Gutenberg and my library has a pretty decent list of ebooks.

Katheryn I went with "use an e-reader", since I have a Nook and read from it often. However, when I cannot find a title on Nook, I buy it online: this happens more often than one might think. And of course, I still go to the library to check out books several times a year :-)
