I would like to read this book, but can't get a copy. Several other books of his are available at my library and I will have to content myself with one of those when the mood strikes.
After all the praise I'd heard for this author, I gave Perdido Street Station a try earlier this year. I was actually frustrated that I had paid full price for the book and couldn't return it (down side with ebooks).Lovely prose, detailed world building, absolutely no clue when it comes to narrative, characterization, or plot. I cannot comprehend why people go gaga over his work.
I'm skipping this one. Hopefully you all will enjoy it though. :)
