This poll actually had me grinning. Another great idea, Kasia and your mysterious friend, Manny.
I'm still hanging out at GR, already dressed in my exercise clothes, and should be at the gym like 15 minutes ago..LOL..
I spend way more time than I should on GR. It just adds more books to my TBR shelf but it also gets me some really cool books that I didn't know about.
Hi Yz Barbara: I am going to start my walks around to the plaza. It's SO NICE to have palms trees and a cool breeze as your backddrop you know? Living in CA is a blessing. I am glad I grew up here. GR is a lifesaver for me for sure. I'd be buying books if it weren't for the "to-buy" shelf I added. LOL. Save for later. As it is I probably have 400 books sitting here. I am trying to catalog. What a pain!

Actually, I'm gearing myself to go run as well.... Damn GR!
Yz and Kasia: I am going to TRY and get out and walk today. Also post my tracking. Enjoy your workouts!
I'm back, and thank you so much for your "gentle" shove to get moving. What will I do without my GR friends?...LOL
Aww good for u YZ. And us. Yay. I have done some squats. Working towards my cardio =) See ya on the tracking threads sometime later on, hehe.
Ah, but all the pushing and shoving is so much fun. I even managed to shove myself out on the track field. Now I'm back enjoying the post workout high.... total bliss.
Thanks Yz - this has been going on for a month now, the are doing tests all the time. Thanks for the hug - I need it. I hope to get on here regularly very soon. X
No problem, Margaret. My own hubby has uncontrolled hypertension, so I know what it means to keep going back and forth to the hospital. Take care of yourself as you take care of him.
