Tasha Aw, he is just beautiful! How old? Thanks for showing me a picture. I am such a dog person. :)


Anne This picture was taken at age 3 when he was beginning his show career. he is now 10 years which is above the lifespan expectation for IW's which is 6-8. But the one before him, Falcor lived to one month shy of 12 years. That is the only sad thing about IW's. due to their size, they do not live as long as small dogs. My mini wire Dachshunds have lived long lives, two to almost 18.
