I can't believe you listed The Bone People by Keri Hulme. It has alwyas been one of my favorites. You truly will be a book friend for life. You are the only other person I know who has read the book and thought it wonderful.
I am in the process of figuring out how to use Goodreads as a resource and am putting together my list
