Okay right you guys have got a lot of wrong books here and to name a few, City of Bones? Clary can be annoying but in a way you're meant to see her as annoying until we see her from Jace's point of view and see how brave she is to help the people she loves. Hush, Hush? yeah Nora seems a little dull but then Patch comes along and she feels alive, she acts better because she starts to take her walls down. That's what books are about, Twilight deserves to be here because none of the characters develop (especially Bella) but in probably a lot of these books they do. Maybe not the way you want them to but did anyone want Sirius to die in Harry Potter? Or any other great examples? No, but the author decided that it happened, it's their world they can do whatever the hell they want and we can't do squat. So stop complaining and get on to reading books you do like instead of trashing ones you don't but others do.

What is Last Sacrifice doing in here? Rose is awesome, badass, witty, funny, gorgeous, strong and well she is a bit bitchy and selfish and uncaring sometimes (**cough**ADRIAN***TRAGEDY**COUGH), but she doesn't deserve to be in this list.

OH , and Clary may be a bit too whiny but she's awesome but apparently nobody in the books notices that nor does the person who put city of bones in this list!

yes i agree with some of these heroines, espesh Bella Swan, but why is Clary, Rose, Katniss, Nora, Tris, Grace, Luce, Tally and Beth on this list??? All of these people either a) know how to kick butt or b) are tossed into a world they have no idea about and try to make the best of the situation, and do so exceedingly well!!! Why are they on this list??? Yes they need their "boyfriend's" help because they have no clue what they are doing at the start, but as the book continues, they actually get better and better and are actually very strong, realistic, occasionally annoying (but what character isn't?) and perfectly in sync with the book. Without those characters, there wouldn't be any book to read!!! Say what you want, but the books which have the characters that I have just listed are some of my favourite books ever, mainly because of those characters!!!

Who made this frickin list? Okay 1 some of these books are actually really good. To whoever made this: Grow up, and keep your hate to yourselves. This isn't fair. I suggest you read all of these books again with a more matured outlook. Put yourself in the character's shoes and redo this list.

The way Alaska is portrayed is intentional because it's how Miles sees her at first. It's about learning to see people how they are instead of idolizing them.

Just Listen. Seriously? That was a complete surprise for me. Well,the fact that Annabel did not go to the polcie or her parents or anyone did bug me but she had to go through a lot. I personally think that Ruby from Lock and Key was waay more sucky. Well atleast there is no Macy Queen here.
