Growth Mindset
Many people claim to have a growth mindset, but deep down really have a fixed minset. If you've ever taken offense at constructive criticism, find it difficult to give meaningful feedback, or think some people are just born with the ability to excel, then these books are for you. Great stories and even better research.
Carol Dweck's original research into "entity and incremental implicit theories" has led to many amazing findings. Now being taught in coach & teacher seminars, executive education, and MBA programs - having a growth mindset is very important for the success of those that depend on your for leadership and your own personal success as well.

I would like to see a reissuing of Amit Goswami's Series on "The Quantum Doctor." He was recently featured on PBS, and I was only able to acquire ONE copy of The Quantum Doctor because it is out of print; his other books merging Consciousness and Quantum Physics (e.g., "Physics of the Soul," "The Self-aware Universe") are also not available. Barnes & Noble suggests they need a volume of requests for this Author's works in order to get copies or Reprints. Anybody else interested??? I also would like to see a new "Genre" for GoodReads added with this Consciousness/Self-Awareness emphasis highlighted.
