LS: Don't stop believing

LS: On a warm beach with a book in one hand and a cool drink in the other

LS: My two sons

LS: I make excellent cookies (thus excellent cookie dough)

SS: Who is your favorite fictional hero?

LS: Sam in the Lord of the Rings trilogy

SS: How would you describe perfect happiness?

LS: Is there such a thing as perfect happiness? I guess, for me, it's found in those moments when a wave of contentment passes over me. When I'm running, when I'm reading a great book, when I'm writing and in the zone, when I'm hiking and enjoying nature, when I'm sharing a fun moment with my family, etc. It can be found in those moments when I take a breath, look around, and think, it doesn't get better than this.

SS: What do you regret most?

LS: That I majored in business instead of something around literature or music

SS: If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?

LS: I'd love to be a talented pianist

SS: Who is your favorite fictional villain?

LS: A favorite villain? Do people really have a favorite villain? I don't like villains!

SS: What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing?

LS: Napping

SS: What’s your fantasy profession?

LS: I would love to be a librarian

SS: What 3 personal qualities are most important to you?

LS: Intelligence, compassion, honesty

SS: If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?

LS: Cookie dough perhaps?

SS: If you could be any person or thing, who or what would it be?

LS: I'm pretty happy being me, but I'd love to trade places with Taylor Swift for a day

SS: What’s your greatest flaw?

LS: I like cookie dough WAY too much
