NH: Busy, fun, exciting, stressful, happy, confusing, exhilarating
SS: What is your motto or maxim?
NH: Gratitude is an attitude.
SS: How would you describe perfect happiness?
NH: Being a mom.
SS: What’s your greatest fear?
NH: That I will do something to hurt someone I love.
SS: If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you choose to be?
NH: In a nice big canopy bed, before a roaring fire, drinking hot chocolate and reading a great book. And it would be raining.
SS: With whom in history do you most identify?
NH: Joan of Arc.
SS: Which living person do you most admire?
NH: My daughter, Belle.
SS: What do you regret most?
NH: Trying to hard to please other people.
SS: If you could acquire any talent, what would it be?
NH: I would be a great actress.
SS: What is your greatest achievement?
NH: I'm so boring. Becoming a mom.
SS: What’s your greatest flaw?
NH: I can be rude and impatient.

NH: I am kind.

NH: My silly Cardigan Welsh Corgi, Panda.

NH: I'm goofy!

NH: Dracula!

NH: Queen Elizabeth I of England. I would say, "Um, um, um, wow, I admire you."
SS: What is your biggest pet peeve?
NH: People who can't spell.
SS: What is your favorite occupation, when you’re not writing?
NH: Walking my dog.
SS: What’s your fantasy profession?
NH: I'm living the dream.
SS: If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your days, what would it be?
NH: Artichokes.

NH: "Saving Grace" by Everlast, and lots of soundtrack cues. Christophe Beck and Danny Elfman are geniuses.

NH: Debbie Viguie! For the rest, I'll name dead authors so I won't forget someone I care about and hurt their feelings. Shirley Jackson, Edgar Allan Poe, Jane Austen.

NH: THE HAUNTING and THE SHINING

NH: Read a lot and live even more.
