Paranormal romance is a genre I'm really coming to like. In an effort to expand my horizons there, I've wanted to start more series. I kept hearing tons of great things about this one, and was finally convinced to give it a try. I should've done so sooner, because this was awesome!!!!

Can someone please tell me why I didn’t start this series sooner? As a fan of the sexy/dangerous mixture of Nalini Singh’s Guild Hunter series, I should have known she’d offer a one, two punch in a straightforward paranormal romance.

Slave to Sensation has a mental game of cat and mouse, shifters who are all about “skin privileges” and completely enthralling sex scenes. Really, Slave to Sensation in one word is enthralling.

Sometimes I put off books based on the most idiotic of arguments. In this case it was the cover and the length of the series. Although the cover has an incredibly hot guy, something about it (can’t quite say what) wasn’t calling me. But thanks to Kick’n Ladies I gave this series a go and boy I wish I had done so a while ago.
