I only read this 50%. I couldn't finish it. When I selected it to read, I envisioned a romance set in Tudor England with intrigue, and daring-do; a handsome rogue, a courageous lady-in-waiting. Instead, it read like something I might have enjoyed twenty or thirty years ago but not now. It's too dated. What might have been okay in 1992 does not hold up to today's standards.
