In this book we see Jane and Gabriel FINALLY get engaged and start planning their wedding. She is surrounded by her obsessive mother (who was much more supportive and level headed than I expected her to be - which I loved!), while Jane tries to avoid all shopping and planning. And of course in keeping with the other books, Jane is once again surrounded by "accidents" and blood. The biggest change is that the focus of the anger seems to be on Gabriel, not Jane. Not good. And then there's the matt ...more

Another great story in the series. However the person after Jane and Gabriel was figured out early on and there was really a crazy twisty story line or any awesome fight scenes. It was tamer story for Jane...but I guess your life can't be overly exciting every book. I love love love the Jamie story line. That was the only bit of a twist I found in this story. I can't wait to hear more about him and also Ray. Dick and Ray can only lead to fun interesting stories. I have a feeling there can only b ...more

I thought this book was hilarious! Jane is just a fantastic character. She is sarcastic, witty & bad-ass. There are a lot of other great characters too, for example, Dick, Jamie & Andrea. The amount of trouble that Jane gets into (through no fault of her own) is amazing but had me laughing out loud constantly. This whole series is awesome & I would very highly recommend it to anyone with a sense of humour.

Oh the wonderful world of Half-Moon Hollow, for such a small town things sure do remain lively; someone is always trying to kill someone. The antics of Jane and crew will always keep you laughing; although, I do have to admit this book lacked some of the full belly laughs I have gotten used to when reading a Molly Harper novel. Don’t get me wrong there were plenty of laughs to be had between Jane and crew, but this book had a slightly more serious tone then some of the previous books. Jane final ...more

Love Molly Harper! Love Jane Jamison.

This was my first audio book in the serries and I loved the narrator too.

The book was short but it kept up pace and never hit slow spots. I love that Jane is always in some wierd "only Jane could" situations, but it is not because she is TSTL or a ditz they just happen. I wish this series were continuing on, but I look forward to anything Molly Harper writes.
