I can't believe that I have lived in Boston for the last 7 years and had never heard of this! What a fascinating story! I really felt in-tune with the court case - maybe because I read it while summoned and put on a jury for federal jury duty! I would love to check out the scene of the spill and I think they said there was some sort of a memorial? Good read, and something I was proud to be seen reading in the Boston area ;)
