Loved Five! FAB-U-LOUS!

I mean wow what a cast of hunky men! I really enjoy books based on the fae and this one did notdisappoint. Rayla was a likableheroineand I loved the twists and turns her love life takes. I do enjoy a good love triangle or square but sometimes they can be over done and annoying. But I really enjoyed this one and it kind of sneaks up on you. I am really looking forward to the next one.

Ms Rich's debut novel is a winner and I am a fan!

Now the pics!

Ok let's get Rayla out of the...more

I'm going to start off by saying that I received this book from the author through the group, Basically Books. I was instantly drawn in by the book's description as I am an avid reader of Fae Lore, Celtic Lore, etc.

Rayla is from a financially struggling family in Utah that consists of her Aunt, Uncle and her three cousins. She is the primary babysitter for her cousins and has been since she was 10 years old. Like many teenagers, she is hell bent on going far away for college but her Aunt insist...more

I was sent a copy of this book from the author, via the Basically Books group. It is not necessarily one I would usually pick up myself.

The book is about a teenage girl, Rayla who goes off to College unaware that she is part of a secret Fae world, she is an Elemental. She soon discovers this, and quickly has lots of fae lords after her to try to get her into the world, and to 'bond' to gain power. The story follows Rayla and her friend Cassie as they try to understand, and avoid being part of th...more

I was sent a copy of this book from the author, via the Basically Books group for an honest review. I found this book extremely interesting! It is a YA, fantasy novel about a girl, Rayla who is someone special in the fae world, however she has no idea who she is until she sets off for college with her best friend.

Her best friend Cassie is a bit rude and secretive, she has her reasons, and I find that refreshing to the always bubbly and giddy best friend/sidekick, but at the end of the story she...more

Let’s start off with thanks to Christie and the mods to the goodreads group called basically books that let me sign up to read this book. I love getting free books- and this was like Christmas for me. So let’s now take this time to talk about the book shall we (LOL). Alright I have to be honest that at first I couldn't even get into the story plot of this book but finally when I got halfway in the story took off in a flying leap. The story was too fast- and with this harem of all the fae's besid...more

I received this book through the Goodreads group, Basically Books.

So when I read the description for this book I was instantly intrigued. The whole concept of Fae is not something I've read about before so I was excited to see what this would be about. Overall the book had a very entertaining plot and definitely kept me interested throughout the whole book. There were few grammatical errors and the ones present didn't disrupt the flow of the book at all. The beginning was a little slow and ther...more
