(This is a review of the audiobook.) Angela Dawe continues to narrate the wonderful Psy-Changeling series, and with the eighth book she delivers her usual excellent job of distinguishing the male and female characters. I’ve grown used to her reading of this romantic paranormal, action-packed, psychological thriller-come-political mystery.

Okay, am I the only one bored out of my skull by the Psy network? There used to be a little about it and a lot about the changelings, but now it's about 1/2 and 1/2.

This one is about Max Shannon, a human cop, and Sophia Russo, a Justice Psy, who can pull out memories to find out who is the telling the truth. It was hard for me to stay engrossed in this book. It had a good plot with two people working to solve a crime and put a to end a solved crime. I will keep reading the series since I enjoyed reading this story.
