Eh, okay collection, this one: faux firefighter breaking into homes, legalization of marijuana stuff, a standalone on the deputy mayor… okay.
The premise is beginning to wear a little thin at this point. But my biggest problem with this volume is that the political aspects of the story are getting preachy. I always appreciated the multi-sided nature of the political arguments made in Ex Machina but this one felt smug rather than raising interesting issues.

I know this is world building going on. But this series has taken a nose dive. The other critics seem to agree- I read it with an open mind, but was sorely disappointed.

Get back on top, Ex Machina... I know you can do it. The first two volumes were stellar! And this... this is shoddy. Bleh.
I really like this series, especially the art by Georgia's Tony Harris.
It is easy to forget the occasional cast member or plot point as I leave long gaps between reading subsequent installments. However... this set of stories is worthwhile.

My least favorite in the series, focusing a lot on already introduced characters and concepts, not much new.
