A big disappointment. I was hoping for a cookbook with great ways to fix vegetable dinners that did not taste like it was so bland! It had bizzare recipes that was not for those in middle America but more nouveau cuisine!!

Best cookbook ever! All vegetarian recipes, with lots of unique and fun ingredients. I love the Borscht.
