It is up to her usual standards, in this novel several plots that have been floating around get resolved. It almost felt like the finale of the series, but I won't know that until or if another book gets back.
As usual, she puts Aisling the main character and her love Drake through hoops. She has all kinds of things happen to her most of her hijinks relate to the two of them trying to get married and having crises coming up which prevent said nuptials to take place. Reminds me a ...more

This book was a fantastic ending to this series. Although I would have been happy with another book or two of Aisling, this was fun.

I love Katie MacAlister! Her books have it all and I especially love the sexy dragons. Aisling is a great character, I love that she can do it all, she has such spunk. In this book Aisling tries several times to make it to the alter to marry her very sexy dragon, Drake. Man can she get herself into trouble! A great series of books, fun to read.

As always a terrific read. Katie made me laugh and cry throughout the book. She also tied up a lot of lose ends from the previous book in the series “Light My Fire”. And still she managed to leave me with a half dozen more questions which I hope she addresses in the next dragon book “Playing With Fire”.

Aisling just has way too much going on. With her wedding, Guardian stuff, being proscribed, and a prince of Abbaddon the story was a little weak. I felt like there was way too much crammed in a small book. There was the characteristic humor. I still laughed out loud which is a good sign.

Hilarious! I love Aisling and Drake! So cute! I love how the author had many sub plots going on at the same time. It keep the story fast paced and exciting.
