Do not read this book on an empty stomach. There are great descriptions of food that will make you hungry. I wanted to get up and go to the refigerator more then once. However that being said I thought this book was very good.

This book states the facts without being preachy. It is broken into 5 parts that will start you on your way to better eating habits.

If you read one self-help book this year, this book should be the one.
