[close] Hi! We're a bookclub based in Jamaica Plain, MA made up of mostly people in their 20s and 30s (although not restricted by age). We're queer-friendly and have members who're socially conscious about a number of different issues. We meet once a month for a potluck and discussion. We're open to new members, but would like people to commit to trying to read with us as often as their time and interests permit. We try to choose books that are readily available in the library and not too long. We like reading 'classics' and things we should have read but haven't. We're open to reading both fiction and nonfiction, but seem to mostly end up reading fiction. [close]
