Feminist Summer Book Club

[close] The summer has been defined as three one month periods. Each month has a theme, drawn from the survey responses. I have tried to provide a selection of perspectives under each theme: one book that is written at a more accessible level and that acts as an introductory piece or an overview, and two or three articles that hit on deeper levels of theory or more specific concepts within the theme.
In order to get as much as possible out of this experience for everyone, I would suggest that each person read at least one article and the majority (if not all) of the book. Obviously, everything about this book club is voluntary, but I think the more we read the better our discussions will be.
