Memoir Book Club
This book group is for lovers of literary memoirs. By that we mean that this is not about chick lit memoirs like Eat, Pray, Love, or the newest dish by a celebrity, or the latest “memoir” by a politician. Rather, we love to read memoir for its illumination of everyday life, everyday struggles, and everyday people. Many of us write memoir and/or personal essay as well, so this is really a group for people who read and write personal narrative.
