description	In Baltimore, or The Steadfast Tin Soldier and the Vampire, three men gather at a gloomy tavern to wait for their mutual friend, vampire hunter Lord Henry Baltimore. To pass the time, each shares a story about their own encounter with sheer horror. This is not a place for outlandish fiction, but for sharing that moment - however brief - when the veil of normalcy was torn away and the misshapen skull of this world cackling madly 'neath was revealed. Some bold rules: 1. All tales should begin with an epigraph from a Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale; 2. You must break into the story at least once, and describe what you're drinking, eating, smoking and/or your surroundings; 3. No belittling other people's encounters with the terrible.
