[close] CODEPINK is and has been a place for women to put their ideas – about resisting war, influencing foreign policy, showing solidarity with women in other countries, and much more -- into action. We’ve built a strong national base of local groups AND a powerful presence in Washington, DC, and we have a media reputation and reach far beyond that of other small groups.
Now it’s time to develop further our ideas, and continue our interweaving conversations, about war and peace in a new – yet very familiar – way: a book club. Pinkbook Club will begin with a focus for the first 3 months on books about Afghanistan and Pakistan. [close]
