A few books on Amazon have a video in addition to the usual publisher info. Does anyone know how to get a book trailer video onto a product description page? I've gone through Amazon's help pages and can't find anything about it. I often get lost in Amazon's help pages, so I could have missed it.
Here's my latest book cover, for The Complete Woodblock Prints of Kitagawa Utamaro... all 612 pages of it.
Janis, above the reply box there's a link 'some html is ok'... click on that and there is html for inserting an image. Just replace the goodreads image address with your own image's address, and change the height and width. I hope that made sense.
Dee, I just used that grader to find out my grade. It's 94 %. I wish I'd got that in my maths exam at school... seems I'm doing better at Twitter.Has anyone noticed their 'following' number changing when they haven't added/subtracted anyone? Mine is going up and down like a yo-yo and I have not touched a thing.

I've just updated my web site and added a section about old Japan. I was thinking about the things that get me interested in a site, and generally I'll go back if there's interesting info about the background to a book, or the era a book is about... being a mad history nut and all. I got to 70k last year with one monster (my husband!) running around the house.It's fun going for the 50k target and knowing so many people are joining in and doing the same... it's like one big game. Better than facebook!
I had great plans of preparing for this year's NaNoWriMo... but I fear that, as the time is ticking away, I shall be starting cold on the opening day, just like last year.

I've decided to relive the madness and do NaNoWriMo again this year... it was totally insane but a whole heap of fun last year. So, anyone else doing it? Want to be a NaNoWriMo buddy?

Hi Hugh :o)Eight hours... wow. I was afraid to look at my first book when it arrived, but I couldn't have managed to put it off for that long.
It would certainly make more sense for new videos to replace older ones when they're added... or for Goodreads to give us the option to choose which one should appear on our profile.I voted for the video, so you have two votes now... three to go. Good luck.

It took my husband sitting me down and teaching me how to do everything for me to get Facebook. And it's even more complicated now than it was when I joined. He's just showed me how to block updates about Mafia Wars and that type of thing, so I can filter out all the annoying applications that everyone else loves but I can't stand.
I am addicted to Pet Society though... but that's different because those pets are real, LOL.
Sean, I had a look at your site. It's clean, easy to navigate, and seems to have everything it should have. So, I'd say you've met that benchmark.
