Though I totally agree about Toby's performance in Jane Eyre, he floored me because I had only seen William Hurt in the role and BLAH... How about Toby for the Commander? I know that most have agreed that Tilda would be awesome. With Toby, the unknowing view would be totally shocked. His acting is amazing and I think he could pull it off.

And like always, THANKS BUNCHES!!! (^_^)

Aidan Turner from BBC's Being Human
A bit young, technically, but I bet they can fix that in makeup.
If you haven't seen the show, I highly recommend it..."
WOW! I love finding new points of interest in the English countryside. Thanks for the tip. I will definately look him up.
I can't wait to enter a new Maria Snyder world! What will it hold for us? And the anticipation grows...
As previously stated above by most, I am a lover of books and the places you can find them(i.e bookstores and libraries). The serenity that I can get, when I'm not working a shift at my local store, is amazing at times. I am not sure where it comes from per se. So I truly hope that they never become obsolete.
I do understand the convenience of the ebooks, though. I have often found myself marvelling at the idea of having hundreds of books at my disposal so easily, but there is just one problem for me. I spend all day at work in front of a computer screen. My eyes get more tired and strained this way then having the book in front of me. I would think that the same would happen with an ebook. Now this maybe true or not. For now, walking into my store, looking at the covers and discovering a new author or subject to read on a blanket out on the lawn, is one of the best ways for me to get in touch with the inner me,recharge my batteries, let my imagination fly, and enjoy life. Weird, huh?
I can't wait to get started on a entirely new book. I've answered the poll and will anxiously await the results.
I've always found this question so hard. I would think that my choice would change from year to year with every new experience. Right now, I am in quite a emotional frame of mind these past months. That being said; I would choose:
Tale of Two Cities - Dickens
Anam Cara - John O'Donohue
The Vampire Lestat - Anne Rice
Each one of them took my emotions for a ride that I will never forget.
Kate;)
