I think Im going to finally give into Twilight (even after I bashed it) My boyfriend's grandmother just gave me a Nicholas Sparks book to read, The Choice. As lame as I found it, I couldnt put it down! It was so good! But I still think his love stories are lame haha
Haha thank you Tami. I seem to have that problem now! Not enough hours in the day to do the reading I want to do and the reading I have to do!

Rutland is a pretty rough area but where we are living is a nice area and right next to the library! yayayay! :)
I work at the library on my college campus and Im usually broke so I tend to borrow from the library more. Even when Im back home. I find if I own something, I will put off reading it. If it's someone else's book or a library book I try to finish it as quickly as I can.
However, I am working on building up my personal library. The lit. class Im taking is definitely helping. And the fact that Im a total sucker when I go into any book store.. I just cant leave without something. My high school does a book swap too- totally free so I usually pick something up there (Im so bad.. I dont think Ive ever left any. Tisk Tisk)
Hi all!
Just wanted to share my exciting news with all my GR buds! My roommate and I have just gotten an apartment off campus! This is our first place on our own that is not on campus and we are both REALLY excited for it!
For all of you that are living on your own now, or even those that arent, I am wide open to tips and suggestions on what kind of things are essential to my living-alone experience, decorating tips, moving tips, etc.

Thanks! My friend and I are trying to figure it out together.. not good when neither of us have a clue. Pretty much the only thing I can do is update what Im doing.. and usually its just complaining about people in my dorm haha

Im not new either.. Ive been around for about a year and I love this site!
Im Annie. Im 20 and from northern Vermont- 5 miles from Quebec and I cant speak a lick of French! Im a junior at Castleton State in central Vermont. I am a communication major with a double concentration in journalism and PR and a minor in Women's Studies.
I LOVE the Yankees (and catch grief for it all the time) and I LOVE the Colts.
I love to read, write, play dress up with all the clothes in my closet, watch and play sports (I played college softball for a year but got too busy with school :(
Still undecided about what I want to do after I graduate.. work or grad school? hmm.. TBA :)
I started this and I just cant finish it. I cant stand the animals.. they're so helpless and I that fate is not going to be good to them!

LOVE LOVE LOVE CLOTHES and fashion! I love checking out stuff online and in mags and seeing if I have anything similar instead of buying new stuff (since Im broke and need to start paying rent in December!)
