I am thinking about getting his book Sixpence House Lost in A Town Of Books. It sounded interesting to me. Can anyone tell me anything about the book or the author?

I am currently reading People of the Book. So far I really like it. What other book by her can anyone of you recommend to me?
I just read his book BESTSELLER and really loved him. I know that he wrote several other books. Can anyone recommend one of them?
Lately I have heard a lot of good things about Andrea Levy. Since I haven't read any of her books, which one would you recommend to me?

Last summer I read ROAD TAKEN and really liked it. And I just found out that she wrote several more books. Since they aren't available in German, I have to go with the english ones but the descriptions aren't very helpful.
I am currently reading THE NEW YORK TRILOGY and after the second chapter I was thinking about putting the book aside but I continued reading it and haven't regretted it. I will finish the book today. This book is completely different from all other books I read so far. I would say give it to students and let them analyse it...Nevertheless, I will read him again one day.
Lisa,sounds interesting. I will see if I can get it at the bookstore on Wednesday when I pick up some other books my better half ordered :-)
A colleague of mine kind of recommended her to me but couldn't really tell me what kind of books she writes (she knows that I love to read and the sister of a friend obviously likes her).
What can you tell me about her? Which of her books would you recommend?
