6998 Not sure if this has been mention but one of my favorite vampie novels is Fledgling by Octavia Butler, I've added it to the book shelf if members want to check it out. It's really good. Unfortunately is was suppose to have another book after it but the author died before she could finish. The book is still worth reading though I highly recomend it!

6998 I've only read the first Blue Bloods book in the series, and I agree its not what I thought it would be either. It's a really different look to vampires then I'm used to. It's unique so I think I will read the others because I've started I might as well finish, but I do hope it gets better plot wise.

6998 This may sound odd, but I'd like the power to fly. Wings or no wings I'd just love to be able to fly.

6998 Ahh yes, I'm fond of the onriginal Dracula too. The romance between the count and Mina is very enchanting. In a frightening sorta way. I also love the old style with which Bram Stoker writes, it adds beauty and terror together in a way not many authors can master.

6998 I would bite on the chest or neck, its intimate and personal. My next place would be the wrist. Also and intimate place. It's also a place that takes a lot of trust to allow someone to bite for the danger they may punctre a frail vein.

6998 Lestat, from Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. His wit and charm is unmatched in my humble opinion. I absolutle adore him.
