66130 I think i'd be okay if she gave us snippets like Ilona Andrews does...And okay to be fair we did have Fair Game in February but she could write or release a novella between now and next year....maybe an update on Mercy's injuries and pack dynamics.

66130 Maybe we should start a petition here on goodreads or a poll or something

Or maybe a 5-6 chapter prologue about his life in London then they jump to the current timeline in Mercy's world

66130 I'm rooting for a whole book about Ben maybe the first in a Mercy Thompson world series...

66130 But it's also the first time you get a peek into Ben and why he's the way he is...I can't wait for him to get his own HEA he def deserves it.

66130 True but in all my Optimism I'm hoping she's setting up Bluebell's story with this book [which is entirely to far away...December really!]. I also want a story with the angel who doesn't like to be touched ( I forget his name though). But above it all I want another Raphael storyline I just love him. Maybe one about him and Elena expecting their first kid or something.

66130 I can't wait for Archangel's Storm...I can't wait to know more about Jason.

66130 Ben had me crying at that scene in Iron Kissed when he was trying to make Adam understand.

66130 @Scotia: Bran's the one that kinda just sneaks up on you.

@Rachael: make that 12. I forgot about Tybalt. Love him too!!!

66130 I think out of all the genres I read my absolutely favorite top eleven male characters [in this order too] are:

1. Roarke [In Death series]

4. Acheron [Dark-Hunter series]
5. Trent [The Hollows series]
6. Bran [Mercy Thompson series]

9. Rehvenge [Black Dagger Brotherhood series]
10. Logan Quinn [Mythos Academy series]
11. James Stark [House of Night series]
12. Tybalt [October Daye series]

66130 I think like 2 or 3 more unless she starts doing more books with the band of bastards.

66130 I'll admit the only part I liked was when Zsadist and the other brothers came to get him so that they could celebrate Zsadist's daughters birth together.

66130 I just finished that one...I gotta say I loved Than loses his cool when it came to Regan and I was glad that Regan wasn't as bad as she seemed in the previous books

66130 I still say that Lover Unleashed was Vishous' book part 2.....Because it was more about him then Manny & Payne

Who writes that series? I've never heard of it I don't think and I'm always opened to new books.

It was in chapter 2.

And for all of us who know and love her Eve isn't the most adept when it comes to emotional situations with her friends. But when she was trying to comfort Morris the best way she knew how I just had little tears. I think it was a combo of that and how JD Robb describes Morris in that moment [and Morris is not an emotional person either].

I went to Google Books. You can read the the part I'm talking about right here:

I loved the Fifty Shades Trilogy. To me it's the Contemporary Romance equivalent of BDB but it is an highly erotic book for the most part & some people don't like to read them.

And Scotia if you do decided to read them tell me if Christian Grey reminds you of a mix between Rhage & Zsadist with a little Vishous thrown in [which is where I get the CR equivalent of BDB from].

I started re-reading them in order late last month and now I'm on Promises in Death and it had me tearing up reading it again. Especially Eve & Morris when she went to notify him about Ammy!!!

66130 About DH I feel like she started dumping us into new Patheons without giving us hints or clues in previous books. And has anyone else noticed how in the last 2 books most of the characters were kinda 'hey who are you" that they didn't connect or intersect with a previous character in a previous story. Like Tori did in Dream-Hunter or Kat did in Kiss of The Night.
