yeah, that was what I caught. He thought the observer contacted him to take Peter back. And August was very confused about that comment "Please dont take my son".
nope! The tv show is not following the book very much at all.
When did they say they wanted to take Peter away? I dont recall that.

With the way the last season ended, I couldnt even begin to answer that...
Do you remember John's old vision, way back when, after Boone died, where John was in the airport, and ben was scanning Jack at the gate, and boone was pushing Locke in the wheelchair, and everyone was there in some capacity?
Perhaps that comes back into play, being that LAX is an airport?

Well... we dont know for sure if August died.... We saw him in pain in the back of Septmbers car....
I thought it was a very insightful show. What about the call that the assassin got... the three green lights and one red... very consistent with the green and red lights throughout the eps, and also reminiscent of the light board Olivia tryed to put out with her mind....
ANd how about the very end....

Which "her" do you think they meant? Im pretty sure it is Olivia... but could it perhaps be her niece? They seem to have this thing with watching kids (Peter, the girl from this ep...)...hmmm...

I was happy this one tied back into the Nina, and Massive, the last ep was just such a filler for me.... no real link to the backbone of FRINGE....

And I enjoyed that comment between Walter and Peter... If only he knew....
no, there was definitely a 'plot'... just no pattern. It was a stand alone episode that isnt tied to any of the Pattern or MD mystery.

So sad to see Al (??) go. All this flashforward stuff is really starting to eat at people, isnt it?
And poor Mark, always tearing up lately. I think there is hope for him and Olivia after all... Especially now that Al showed you DO have the power to change what you saw, since he wont be around to see his any longer....
And what about bad-beards daughter? Wow, I wasnt expecting that. And I dont like that kid Mike Wellington. He is really 'off', isnt he?
I was not a fan of this show at all. No pattern, just filler. It was just 'eh'for me.

Yeah, so far we are only getting tiny little pcs of the who/what/why.... Im thinking those towers that were erected in Somalia are going to be a focal point eventually... and what of those dead crows there and the massive yellow explosion in the sky???
btw, it's probably because I keep picturing him as that goofy little elf with the bad wig in Lord of the Rings :)
