I still don't have any emotional investment in the kid. I can't figure out if it's because he is a bad actor or if they are doing it on purpose. In the halloween episode, melinda is all holding him and hugging him after the horse drawn carriage thing happened and the kid didn't even put his arms around her. he just looked off into space like he always does. his head didn't even linger towards melindas. he looked stiff as a board. I still stand by my decision that she should be talking to her son more. melinda's grandmother never underestimated melinda and was always truthful with her. i just don't understand why melinda runs herself ragged about her son when she could just talk to him about it. why does she need the psychologist guy, (sorry i am having name blocks!!!!) to talk to the kid. all she had to do is ask him to describe the light people, how do they make you feel, what do they talk about, etc etc....i am guessing the one light person that told aiden? not to use the word hate is melindas grandmother.
yeah! i don't think we are supposed to know at this point who that boy in the mask is. i am still not connecting with the son. what i don't get is why she never talks to him about ghosts. she knows he is seeing them......well if she isn't she at least knows that, she is. she should not be hiding that from him. it is weird. weird how much she is not helping him through any of the things she can at least understand. the visions, the ghosts...blah blah blah. she can say he is too young. but that is ignorant. either way he is having them. might as well start trying to help him through them.
i didn't mind the jump. it does leave somethings unanswered. like how jim's mom responded to the baby and the marriage so soon afterwards. but overall i guess i don't mind a 5 year old dealing with all the ghost stuff w/melinda. they will have to work a little harder to get us connected to the kid. as we don't know him at all.
i did like the pregnant crazy scene with melinda and jim at the dinner table! that was really funny! poor jim! his face was so funny!
i had forgotten that was his name! i just call him super hot guy who can keep taking his shirt off all he wants! ")!
I know this season has been really powerful episodes!!! so much is happening! so many new characters!!! and did anyone understand why tera said she had to go get some eggs?
i was watching garden state and sheldon is the "fast food knight" in the movie...it was so cool to see him as a character different from sheldon although he still spoke klingon!!
holy crap! this weeks episode was edge of your seat! I really liked this one! anyone else freak when tara and her man at the heart souffle!?
it was SOOOOO good! i was on the edge of my seat most of the time and yelling at the brothers at the same time! i figured out five episodes back that ruby was grooming sam to be the one to let loose lucifer! i kept yelling at sam to stop and think for a second! you could see the greed and the pull ruby had to hurry sam along in this episode! i loved last week where dean came busting in on ruby to kill! i really enjoyed the finale! they packed so much into the one episode! i was so proud of castiel!!!
just after they showed her walk out on him at their wedding...they showed the kids and they were blond and he said so that is how i met your mother and she came into the picture and pulled the kids away talking about how long winded their father was. then the narrator said that she wasn't there mom and it went back to the dark head kids.
she is the one he was engaged to and they were going to get married but she left him at the alter....but.....she can't be the mom. because he even said she wasn't because then the kids would be blondes....they showed that she isn't the mom. i am guessing she is the reason ted meets the mom though.
oh i loved the waltons too! my favorite part is when they said goodnight to each other too! i think everyone looks at you weird because they don't know what show you are talking about!
*****SPOILERS*****i liked this last episode...it showed how you can be drawn into the drama of fictional characters! and i loved how much jim knew about the show!
i am not sure how i feel about the pregnancy yet....i think because i am not sure if they are actually going to let a baby be a part of the show or if there will be a heart breaking miscarriage. they love drama a little too much in this show sometimes!
heroes is getting so good!!!! and i so called it on the identity with the rebel! i wish we could find out what is happening to him now! i really want to met barbara too! i am with you jackie! tracey didn't really do anything for me either. i prefered the nikki jessica character too but i am way not convinced that she is dead. it was just so sudden and weird and we never really saw her die, die.
i love the show but i have had to not watch it because two of my shows moved to the my name is earl time slot and i had to sacrifice it in order to tape the other two....but i will pick up again on it during the rerun summer shows.
i thought robin was called aunt robin after they broke up but i couldn't remember. plus they really seem to be pushing the robin/barney thing. so i think that will go somewhere eventually.i actually don't care if i ever find out who the mother is. i just love that barney is back and i love to watch the show! i was so sad when barney and ted weren't friends because i think barney is HILARIOUS! and i missed him!
i don't know angie...i think that is a cool idea but in the episode where ted goes to that club with barney and acts like a totally a*#, the one where marshall points out to ted what a jerk he was being. ted said that there mother was at that club and a good thing he didn't meet her that night because she wouldn't have liked him. and they alluded to the fact that the "mother" had a big bright yellow umbrella that she left, that ted took the next day...i wrote all that to say this....i think robin was out of town that night. i can't remember where she was but i don't remember seeing her in the episode. but that was awhile ago and maybe it was her with the yellow umbrella. but i don't think so...i feel like we knew where she was that night i just can't remember.
yes but lily the character isn't so they have been hiding it! i thought they have done a great job hiding it! i didn't even know until i saw her on an interview with ellen. this episode i noticed but i thought maybe that was becuase i was looking for it.
i liked this weeks heroes. it feels like the show is getting back on track. nathan is SO annoying. he is very much a politician and i don't think he really knows what he is doing. i love noah. he is still in power even when he appears week! i am loving sylar. which i know i shouldn't because he is the "bad" guy but he is SO good at being bad i just can't help but love it when he is on the screen. plus he has such a capacity for being good! peter is stepping up to the plate! nice to see! anyone have any ideas who the rebel is? i was thinking it might be mikah saunders because he was so good with computers with someone else an adult but i don't know who? when do you think that barbara will come in to play?
