I think that we should save the penny because even though they are not worth very much, over the years if people were to save, and save, it can end up adding up to alot. If nobody wants to keep around pennies they can easily donate the change to a charity that needs it. Although the U.S spends billions of dollars on pennies each year, it doesn't hurt to save once in a while.People need to save the penny!!!!
