Linda's comments from the Paranormal Romance group.

My newest discovery were two by Jeaniene Frost. Fun, kickass heroine! I love them!

I haven't checked in on here in forever. I'm horrible at bulletin board stuff! But, I'd have to nominate Cheyenne McCray here. I know she started in erotica but I love her Magic Series and the pages almost catch FIRE when you read them! LOL

JR Ward is another good one, although I was severely disappointed in her last. And Krelsey Cole is up there too, for me. :o)

Again, I will warn you that McCray's first two are HOT HOT. I think she got her start as an Ellora's Cave author. So if borderline erotica bothers you, you might not like them. But, the witches storyline is good and again, by the third book, she really gets a good handle on the story.

I second the vote for Kresley Cole and Stephanie Rowe. They are vastly different in tone but both have great reads.

I'd also mention Cheyanne McCray here. The first couple are fairly racy but she definitely hits her stride with the third in the series.

There's also Kathryn Smith's Brotherhood of the Blood series and Brenda Joyce's new Masters of Time series which are both off to a pretty good start, for me anyway.
