Ahhh, Jessica! Don't mention shopping! I'm already freaking out enough about cleaning and prep for Thanksgiving!

Mind over matter!
Feel better!
What's a little face smoosh when there's reading to be done?
Good heavens!

Glad to hear you got them!
Hey, the B&N nook will apparently let you share the electronic version with others.
Oh that sucks! Some one of your neighbors must have them. Start knocking on doors! Bring brownies to pry the truth out of them as you interrogate them.
:)
Gail Carriger's Soulless! Hot alpha, great heroine, fun steampunk elements. Very funny.
And I second Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson series.
I am so far behind this month, it's hideous.

Hey, Tara. You have to read Midnight's Daughter, too! It's the same universe as Cassie Palmer, and it's awesome. If you're liking TtD, you should like that as well. There are a lot of the same characters, seen from a totally different perspective than in Cassie. The events of the book take place around the same time as parts of Curse the Dawn (book 4).
Lynsay Sands is typical PNR--couples pairing off in each book--but Sands has a great sense of humor. Many of her Argeneau books have made me laugh out loud.
Mercy Thompson is very good UF. Mercy is a very down to earth kind of gal, very sensible and capable. Great characters. The first book is a lil slower in pace, especially if you're coming off of reading Chance who is non-stop action (and lust-inducing men).
Haven't read Cole!
Does that really matter?
Tee hee.
I thought it was more like she finally gave in to a mutual attraction. Didn't she say she had no great sexual oomph with the husband?
