Jory Strong has a few EC PNR menages, as does Lora Leigh and Tawny Taylor.
This is my first PNR menage.
If you go to the Ellora's Cave website, you can actually search for menage. EC does a really good job of categorizing their books so you can look for exactly what you want.
If you're looking for erotic romance, try publisher Ellora's Cave. Yes, I write for them but I also read them.
The EC line is pure erotic romance and there's something for everyone. The tags on the top of the book tell you what you're getting and the website allows you to search by genre and elements like vampire, werewolf, BDSM etc. Joey Hill and Lora Leigh started at EC, as did several other NY published authors.
I'm pretty sure Peter is from the alt-verse and his real father, the alt-Walter will be showing up to retrieve him. Unless Walter killed him. And why are there not two William Bell's?
Can you tell I love Fringe?
Reading The Treasure Keeper by Shanna Abe. Love her take on dragon shifters. Her writing style is so different from the contemporaries I normally read and it's historical, which I don't read at all but I do read Abe.
no mixed feelings for me with Bitten. It's still my favorite. I think Clay's character is one of the most interesting characters in the whole series. He's primal and feels he doesn't have to make excuses for it. Love him.
I'm planning to pick up Bad Moon Rising tonight. For some reason I've been putting it off. The last few books I've read just haven't done it for me.
The WARDen is wonderful. At my first RT last year, I had written a blog post about how I was looking forward to meeting my favorite authors Lora Leigh and JR Ward and nervously anticipating my first signing. Somehow, The WARDen read this and actually came looking for me at the signing.
Unfortunately the signing I did was the electronic book fair and not the print book fair so she didn't find me. But when my friend and I approached her to gush at the print book signing, she told me that she'd been looking for me. I nearly fell over.
Can you tell I have a major girl crush?
I've got a series with Ellora's Cave featuring Italian fairies and elves. It's called the Magical Seduction series and starts with Seduced by MagicSeduced By Magic available electronically or in paper in Shadaw Magic.
I need a recommendation for a new book, something paranormal but not vampires or werewolves, something different and NEW! Help.
I just saw this film for the third time and I have to say I enjoyed it almost more than the first time.
Yes, I'd like to see a little flesh from the guys but I'm sure that's coming.
Yes, this is somewhat self-serving because I write for Ellora's Cave (and yes, I write PNR) but some of those favorite authors you read about here, started at EC. And most of their books are available in trade paper. Jory Strong, Lora Leigh, Delilah Devlin, Evangeline Anderson, Vivi Anna, Anya Bast, Jaci Burton, Joy Nash, Denise Rosetti, Stacia Kane (w/a December Quinn), Sylvia Day, Shiloh Walker, Lisa Renee Jones, Joey W. Hill. You may be surprised at what you find.
My books are listed as fantasy romance but really they're PNR. They're contemporary but based on an Etruscan mythology. My first two stories are in trade under Shadow Magic by Stephanie Julian.
You can get the boooks from the site but also from Amazon.
Wattpad and sites like it are the particular bane of an epub author's existence and it's fast becoming more of a problem for the traditional pubs as more and more books come out in electronic versions.
As I understand it, most of these sites are hosted out of the country, which makes it almost impossible to prosecute the hosting company. Yes, published authors have to jump through hoops to get those stories taken down and the offender usually just takes it somewhere else. Some of these people don't know that what they're doing is illegal. Most do and don't care.
But every time someone downloads a story from a site like that, an author loses a sale. And usually, these are stories that have been given away as a prize for an online contest that these people deliberately entered to get the free copy.
If you are looking to read excerpts of the books before you buy them, the Kindle app that I've got on my iPod Touch allows you to download a couple of free chapters of a book. I've been using that to see if I'm going to enjoy a book before I buy it. Not sure if there are other reader apps out there like it but I'm thinking there has to be something.
It's how I knew after reading a couple chapters of Twilight not to waste my money. It's also how I knew I was going to like Gena Showalters books and decided to buy them.
Almost finished
I've really enjoyed this series and hope she continues with paranormals, maybe with the fairy story I read in an anthology (hint, hint because I know Virginia hangs out on Goodreads).
