3124 Jeanne C. Stein is the author of a series where a human is changed over into a vampire. She was a bounty hunter when she was a human and has to figure out what to do now that she's changed over.

the first book is: The Becoming. There are four or five in the series so far.

3124 I haven't been able to find these books either Bonnie. :(. BN and my library don't have any copies..

I might try to get them off Amazon, but I would rather have just gotten them out of the library.

3124 I just finished reading Keri Arthur's Riley Jenson series, and I was trying to decide if it was considered pnr, or urban fantasy. any suggestions?

3124 I just picked up the first book of Keri Arthur's book - part of the Riley Jensen series called Full moon Rising.
3124 Jessica - I haven't read the Aurora Teagraden or Lily Bard series yet. They didn't seem that interesting to me. But maybe I'll give them a try.

3124 I wasn't a big fan of this series. In comparison with some of the other series I've been reading involving vamps, it just didn't grab my attention and hold it. I thought that the first book was good and then I don't know what happened. I felt like it got progressively worse. I finished the series just to see how it ended, and I didn't really like the ending either.

Definitely not my favorite series
3124 Charlaine Harris who writes the Sookie books also writes another series with the main character, Harper Connoley, who has the ability to find corpses and determine how they have died. pretty interesting. I'm not sure what genre that would be considered?
