I just finished "The Year of Living Biblically" - it was really great, I totally recommend it!
Janet Evanovich books are great fluff too! So are Robert B. Parker's Spencer books. Very quick reads.

OK, I jusr finished A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Great book! I highly recommend it to all.
I was in a book club once where Wicked was the only book that NO ONE finished - including me!
Oh, how do I do that? Do we wait the 2 weeks then discuss? Or discuss while we are reading? I am still hunting down a copy...
Works for me. I could finisg in a few days but I have a lot of time to read.
OK, I'll make a suggestion:
Five Quarters of the Orange by Joanne Harris. Seems like it has a bit of everything - romance, mystery, food even a scrapbook - since so many of us are from 2peas! And it's a woman author.

So far it is very good in a quiet way. A friend gave it to me to read saying it is her favorite book ever!
Hi I'm Alice and I saw this group on 2Peas. I am pregnant and currently on sort of partial bedrest so I have more time to read than usual. I love animals, scrapbooking, photography and travelling. I am currently reading "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn." I like to read almost anything.
