Jo wrote: "I adored
Loving Frank A Novel. I've never been a big fan of historical fiction but this book was an incredible read!"I totally agree Jo, this was a really good one.
Wendy wrote: "I am still backed up with letters. I promise I will get to them soon!"Me too Wendy. I plan to write back to you this weekend :)
Actually my favorites (for smaller kids) are Where the Wild Things Are and Tacky the Penguin. The audio version of Tacky is funny and my kids loved it too.
I have 698 books on my to read listing, but I'd rather have too many than too few. I always have an idea of something to read :)
Meg wrote: "I would say that first cup of hot coffee in the morning. The smell in itself just makes me happy. Putting it in my coffee mug, knowing it is all mine, makes a perfect start of the day for me."Me too Meg, I agree on the coffee:) I also enjoy quiet time to read as a simple pleasure.
I read everywhere as well. I try to take my book with me in the car, to appointments, to in-laws house, the coffee shop, anywhere it is safe to read (not while I'm driving unless in a traffic jam somewhere and traffic is at a stand still) but I mostly read at home either on the big comfy couch or in my bed.
Jo wrote: "Great minds think alike Dolly! lol I'm not starting it yet either."It is so nice to have some ready to read when you want to isn't it?
Jo wrote: "I just picked up The Help and Old Friend from Far Away The Practice of Writing Memoir at Costco for $20. "I picked up The Help today too, but I'm going to wait a little bit to read it since I'm in the middle of one and have at least one other one to read.

LOL, I thought that too...
I always like hearing other people's opinions, I don't judge them right or wrong. Sometimes hearing what other people say is very enlightening even if I don't always agree. I hope no one gets offended whether I agree with their opinions or not, I certainly hope no one else does either. I support everyone's opinions :)
