p.s. If you prefer reading coverless, there are also some good sleeve options, I would never carry around my K with out some sort of protection. borsa bella makes some very pretty & affordable ones, www.borsabella.com
Hi,I do use a cover at all times. Not just because I like reading with it but because it is needed protection. The Kindle can easily be damaged if you drop it or having it floating around a purse or brief case without protection.
A side from the covers I reviewed above, I also have an Oberon and M-edge "Go" and like both, though of the two, I prefer the lighter "Go". I also had a pricy Cole Haan Cover, but returned it. It was nice but had some issues which I think they have since corrected. My favorite right now is the JAVOedge that I reviewed and that is really my unbiased opinion. It is the coolest looking, the most durable and I think gives the best over all protection. It is also slim and light.
Hope that helps... links to all of these except the Cole Haan are in my review...
linked above.
I just posted my review of these cool new Kindle 2 covers by JAVOedge I was given to test out for my blog. I am also giving one away... easy to enter, just make a comment on the post on my blog!

I agree the sleeves are great, I have one, for carrying my kindle with out cover. She also has a great travel bag...with an extra pocket. I also makes a great little purse!

I just received a gorgeous Kindle Bag from Borsa Bella she makes them for Kindles in and out of the cover. I helped her with a raffle on kindleboards and with pics. She also made me a laptop case! Really cool stuff! My Kindle is in it's Oberon cover, which I also love!
Well, there is a difference in the order they were published and the actual chronological order. I read them in the published order first time around. I am now reading them the other way..check here under "reading order" for details...

I am a one book at a time person and I do not let myself download a new book, until I finish the one I am reading. This also helps me keep my spending in check. I also delete each book after I read it. I guess part of having my Kindle is to de-clutter and I don't want to use it as a storage device. I do have several samples and my current book; The Magicians Nephew, by C.S. Lewis. I actually read this when I was in the 6th grade. Since they just released the Narnian Chronicles in Kindle format, I thought I would try reading them in the original order.
I just finished "The Thirteenth Tale" which was excellent.
