Hi all! Sorry, I've been sick this week so haven't been on much. Haven't been cooking much either - but your recipes all sound fabulous!!! Can't wait to try them! I made a huge batch of my special artichoke dip for a fundraiser last night and that's all the cooking I'm good for this weekend I think.

I'm hoping to hit up the farmer's market tomorrow, stock up. I just got home recently and there's not much in the house. Last night we had a new pizza, chorizo, chiles, avocado, lots of cheese. It was pretty good. Tomorrow will be even better when I can get back in the kitchen again and cook!

Soft shelled crab - sounds delicious. Tam, I'm with ya, the whole shell thing kind of throws me off, but I'm usually up for trying anything once - and crab, I have to give it the benefit of the doubt.
Had to make an emergency trip home to Kansas City, so not on too much, but I still skim everyone's posts. You're making me hungry!
